McGeorge Brothers Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning

Carpet is dry in 2 hours!!!!In need of a great company but was hesitant because I dreaded having to wait hours for the carpet to dry. Like everyone else, we are constantly home right now and in need of major carpet cleaning. I was actually shocked after because I didn't realize it was so bad. Appointment was easy to make they confirmed the morning of and more than anything arrived on time and extremely helpful and professional. Great covid measures taken. Recommend to everyone. My go to carpet cleaners!

Absolute horrendous. These guys showed up late, as if they were behind schedule. They immediately suggested that the carpet needs to be replaced. They triple quoted me what the industry standard price is for a basic cleaning and then they insulted me with a "$25" instant discount just because. They recommended retired handymen, local discount outlets, and large home improvement stores instead of their own business. They completely talked themselves out of doing the job on purpose. As someone that owns multiple homes in the region and has been in the housing industry for a decade, I have never experienced a more substandard service. Hands down terrible.

In town for couple days to put my moms house on the market. Called McGeorge Brothers 8 AM today to get a carpet stretch by 3PM today. I was pleasantly surprised when she called me right back letting me know "Yes, their guy could come by 9AM. He came and did an amazing job!!! This company is A+++ top notch and I would happily recommend their services!! Thank you So Much McGeorge Brothers!! :)

About a year ago we needed our carpets cleaned. Badly. We called McGeorge Brothers and couldn't be happier with the results. The job was done when promised and they showed up on time. The carpets had a fresh orangey scent after cleaning. It really altered our whole home. Everything just seemed cleaner after knowing the carpets got a proper cleaning. We have since decided that because it's so affordable we will be having our carpets cleaned at least yearly if not twice a year. If you need your carpets cleaned, look no further. It doesn't get better than this.

These guys did a great job in my kitchen and bathroom were a bit pricey but was worth it.

I love the service from McGeorge Brothers ChemDry! Have dealt with them a few times. They know what they're doing and they even managed to restore an area that was badly soiled by cat urine! The underpadding needed to be replaced and that was also arranged and handled efficiently and inexpensively. The carpet looks great and smells fresh. They are reliable, courteous and knowledgeable about flooring. Mary went the extra mile, coming over to pretreat stains, and even cleaning walls and baseboards in affected areas. These people are expert, reliable, work with your schedule and get the job done right. And the prices are super reasonable. Highly recommend them.

This is an EXCELLET company all around. Great customer service. Unlike Stanley Steamers (who we used in the past), they this company seems to really care that you are happy with your service. Their techs take the time to make the carpets look like new and they are reasonably priced. They just did a service call on an area rug and didn't even charge us. Highly recommend them!
