I stopped by this spot for lunch and tried the Mushroom Swiss Burger with onion rings. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. The food itself was solid--definitely better than grabbing a burger from a fast food chain. The burger was flavorful, the mushroom and Swiss combination hit the spot, and the onion rings were crispy and satisfying.The service was decent--nothing over the top but polite and efficient. The cleanliness was okay, though it could've been better. It wasn't overly busy at the time I was there, but my friend mentioned that the place is often packed, which speaks to its popularity.While it's not perfect, it has that local, casual charm that makes it worth coming back to. It's the kind of place I'd choose over a fast food joint when I want a good burger made with a bit more care. Definitely a solid option if you're in the mood for a decent sit-down meal.

Went today with my cousin had been a while, the waitress was rude and her lips you can see she gets them injected but note to her ugh stop she don't look right. They got my order wrong I ordered grilled turkey and bacon they gave me grilled turkey NO bacon and when I asked she charged me for bacon ugh bacon comes with the sandwich. Asked for a side which they got right but they don't put cucumber's on the side salad just the tuna ugh that doesn't make sense. Well hopefully when I go next time we get another waitress.

Food and service was on point. I know the restaurant is a little out dated but a little cleanliness would be great. Jam samples were open and left in the holder. Macaroni pieces were found in sugar holder. Bowl holding creamers were dirty. So other than that the food deserves 4 stars

If you have good service with good food served hot you're already ok in my book. I was stuck for a while in Selma and took advantage of McCoys being within walking distance. Lucky me......I was sat immediately and despite the tasty looking all day bfast menu I opted for the French dip and half onion rings/fries. I wasn't disappointed, if you're a fan of the French Dip sandwich you could do worse. I'd definitely come back for another or maybe to try breakfast. Give it a shot if you're ever in Selma.

The service was amazing shout out to a great server Melissa! Great hospitality feel like an ol school dinner vibe check amazing happy service happy customer. The menu has it all the breakfast options are plentiful. Great place to take your family or morning breakfast date when I was dating a man offering me to breakfast was the good ones! So yes great breakfast date vibe check yes . Family friendly cost friendly menu has so many great options can't go wrong when we are sliding through town, we never really purposely go to Selma but we will be going a lot more often, I love that their customer service is top tier bring back social interactions!

This was always our favorite place to eat classic American food until yesterday. The menu changed. No more fresh food; everything is now highly processed, no vegetables, no more old fashioned comfort food. Now it looks like a chain. And prices have gone up considerably. Service is still excellent though!But regretfully, we won't be back...

Decided to have breakfast with my grandson. Once the waitress brought our plates of food over and sat them on the table. Immediately we noticed a roach walking across the table, fell to the ground and I smashed it. The service is great, the food is great, but I thought I would get some form of discount for having that roach on my table after I pointed it out to the manager. As you walk in the restaurant they have a posting on the door" they are keeping the restaurant clean" After reading that, then seeing the roach on the table makes me wonder if I should go back.

Delicious food, and quite a variety. I enjoyed the meat, lovers omelette, and sourdough toast, and country potatoes and was very satisfied.

I'm a truck driver and have eaten at places all over the country over the past 35 years and McCoys in Selma is by far my favorite place to eat. The food is always excellent and they have the kindest, hard working staff ever.

Have dinner here every week with my sister. We both drive from different towns and meet there. The service is great, the girls are always in top of it. We love it! It's not a modern place, it is old but that adds to the ambiance and its pretty sweet.
