Marshalls

They need to hire staff. They are so slow and the cashiers take FOREVER. Half of the time the checkout line is halfway through the store and they still only have two or three cashiers. Dont understand this mentality.

Marshalls is an awesome shopping experience with friendly customer service and good pricing. Make up, hair product and home decor.

I love this Marshall's! It's always clean and organized, there are plenty of associates around asking you if they can help you, the dressing rooms are tidy and well attended and there are enough cashiers so that they never develop much of a line. My favorite thing about this Marshall's is that they ALWAYS have plenty of clothes in my size! Yes! It's amazing to go in and find tons of cute stuff even in the clearance section that fits me perfectly. If you are a size 3-7 in juniors or a 2-4 in misses, you will find an abundance of items to fit you! I bought four pairs of pants, three pairs of shoes, a few tops and even got a plaid Hurley raincoat on clearance for $20! Last time I was there I walked out with three dresses under $15 each thanks to the clearance section! best Marshall's ever, although I may have ruined it now that I let the secret out.

Cashiers chat it up with the customers toooooo long. Waited 45 min just to pay for my things .

I bought a set of flannel sheets on clearance. I checked and the pillowcases were there. The flannel case was full and marked down to $33. I got home and the bottom sheet was missing. I took it back to the store and they refused to give me a credit because it was clearance. It looked like the sheets were folded up together - but it was only one. SO I BOUGHT A SET OF SHEETS FOR $33 - NO BOTTOM SHEET. I am terribly unhappy with the store it said sheet set and listed the top, bottom and 2 pillowcases. Just great I just threw away $33 dollars and on social security it makes a difference. BEWARE

The manager, Roxana, is absolutely amazing! I thought I had accidentally left some items at the store counter and Roxana went out of her way to help me find all my items. She was so kind, sweet, and genuinely had an interest in helping me out! That's the type of manager I wish was everywhere! Porterville is so lucky to have a manager like her. Thank you, Roxana! You're the best!
