We were passing through Visalia and met up with some close friends who recommended this seafood place. Seating was outside. As soon as you are seated, they give you chips and pico de gallo. I'm not a big fan of pico de gallo so I wish there was salsa but that's my fault for being picky. We ordered quesabirrias, taco dorados de birria, avocado ceviche, shrimp tacos with everything, campechana, and micheladas. The quesabirria was my favorite. The avocado ceviche was such a huge serving and I ate every bite. My michelada was missing something, maybe the house mixture but it was refreshing. They did mess up on our order but they fixed it and brought us our correct food. The one thing that sucked and what we did not like at all were the restrooms. The restrooms were extremely dirty.

From Los Ángeles visiting family and we wanted some mariscos to beat the heat. Great service! The food tasted homemade and fresh! We had the fish and shrimp tostada along with aguachiles and quesa birria. They were all so flavorful, I didn't need to added extra condiments for extra flavor! I was very much satisfied and most definitely will come back again!

Great lil spot to enjoy tacos and they also have so much more to seafood etc.. worth the drive!!

I decided to try this place out since I live near by and wanted to try something new, I should have stood clear of this place... I ordered a breakfast burrito it was about $9 and man this burrito was so small for what I payed for and unfortunately super greasy so much so the entire tortilla was drenched in it making it appear almost translucent...it took about 20 mins to make and mins you I was the only person there at the restaurant, please save your money and try Ramonas BBQ next door! Worth every penny! Waste your money on this place unless you like grease and waiting long!

By far the best place, shrimp cocktail the best I've ever tasted, great portions for the great prices, service is quick to attend too and friendly staff. Overall my family loves it

This place shouldn't even be named chikali. This is a huge embarrassment to Mexicali. As soon as you walk in, you see the horrible vibe. Looks more like a cantina (bar) than a restaurant.
