Majestic Palms

A great find!We were on a mission to replace our back fountain. Found one we liked here and bought it right away without shopping anywhere else.I found the pricing a wee bit steep but yards are always expensive to keep looking nice!We went on a Sunday and found the grounds to be much larger than expected!Other large out buildings are there to check out that house a lot of pottery and colorful Mexican imports that serve as decor.No one at all helped us until we went into the office and asked a nice lady to ring us up. At least, very low pressure sales.Delivery and set up was $120. A third of the price of the fountain itself!Still, worth it after seeing that the guys showed up on delivery day even earlier than expected. They also gave us a call for a 20 min heads up that they were coming.They even removed our old fountain upon request for either resale of parts if they want to, or for trash. They worked quickly, cleanly and were polite/professional.The whole transaction was very smooth and the fountain looks and operates great!I would return for other purchases and recommend this family owner business.

I live on the east coast now and miss certain things about California, such as good Mexican Talavera. I found this shop through Yelp and went there with my sisters. The store is mostly dedicated to decorative landscaping options like fountains and glass orbs, but then I found the treasure trove I was looking for. They have LOADS of Mexican Talavera. I found some unique pieces that I hadn't seen anywhere before and I've been to Mexico several times. I will definitely go back for more.

I've been driving past this place forever and finally decided to stop by. I went in to just look to see if they have some Talavera pots, and boy did they ever! 3+ warehouses full of anything Talavera, and plenty of other pots of all shapes and sizes to choose from. I was helped right away, and shown around. It was heaven for someone like me who loves potting plants. Prices were fair and everything was 20% off the day I went in. Definitely will go back next time I need pots!

Friendly service and very knowledgeable. Price was great and they have a tremendous selection of outdoor statuaries and fountains and palm trees! Will be back!

If you are a garden lover, this is heaven. I've never seen a place so full of wonderful things for the backyard dweller. For curb appeal, you need to come here for an afternoon and gather so many ideas! The selection of planters and pots, fountains & concrete, wrought iron and ceramic decor are never ending. Their inventory comes from all over the world and the best part are the prices! It is very reasonable and you can get a hefty discount for volume purchases! I know it's a drive from the bay area but its worth every mile - I promise. (Check out the colorful Mexican Talavera planters and decor for that instant splash of color in and around your home!) so many amazing product to choose from. came here to get a few pots to put my sega palms in and i was so impressed with the among of options way better than any garden section my only complaint would be they have almost no one around to help you and not everything is priced so this is kinda important. once we did finally find some one they had us checked out and our pots were loaded in the vehicle just in time for us to leave with no delay

My friend and I were more than awed by the beautiful pieces for the home and garden, but more so, Cesar made the experience shine! Helpful, well spoken and knowledgeable, and he loaded all of our heavy, fragile ceramics with care. A gem of a young man and employee. 5 stars for Cesar!

This is the best place in town to find pots. They have thousands of styles and usually have discounts. I love their mexican style pots

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the staff and ownership of Majestic Palms. We went there to purchase flagstone for our backyard. After giving the salesman, Mickey, the exact dimensions of the area we were covering, he charged us for the amount he said we would need. After finishing we were left with 506 pounds of leftover unused flagstone. Since Mickey over sold us by a significant amount, we asked to return the flagstone and get some money back. Only then did he tell us that all sales were final and they did not accept any returns. We were not told this before purchase, it was no where on the receipt they gave us, or on their website. I spoke to the owner, Jim, about our situation. He was very short with me and said that he would have Mickey call me to work out a possible return. A couple days passed and I received no call from Mickey or Jim, so I called Jim back. He said that he would only give us an 80% refund, and charged us a 20% restocking fee. We brought the flagstone in the next day and got our 80% back, but we do not plan on returning to Majestic Palms again. We were treated very poorly by them and regret giving them our business in the first place. I would highly recommend seeking alternate options before purchasing from Majestic Palms.
