Give him a call- you'll be surprised at the price he can save you over a new pallet rack system, I was!He was a pleasure to deal with from initial consultation to the final install. I was going to do everything myself but am glad I didn't. M1 Industries had the proper know how, experience, and tools to get the job done right.Materials arrived the day before professionally packed on a flatbed. You will need a forklift to unload larger orders. Since you're getting a pallet rack system you should already have one.For the larger uprights I recommend putting both ends on pallets and pushing one with your forklift while someone else guides the pallet in front with a pallet jack.The next day his crew arrived on time and got to work immediately. They advised us specifications for height and spacing but left the final decision up to us. The finished install was beautiful. Our warehouse now looks like an aisle at Home Depot!

These guys are great! We have had the pleasure of working with Mike from M1 Industries twice now during two different warehouse moves. He is very professional and such a hard worker. Both times we moved we were a bit pressed for time and both times Mike sprung into action and got us everything we needed & installed so we could hit our deadlines. M1 Industries went above and beyond through the whole process, starting by specking the racks with a high tech laser, providing competitive pricing in a timely manner and quickly turning around and setting up the racks! The racks were for 240+ pallets and they had it installed in nearly half a day whew!!! Mike is great he will grind and get you exactly what you need!!

Very nice person to talk to. Mike was friendly and gave you his honest opinion to your business. He does pallet racking, and building permit for storage racks. Even though you don't buy racks from them, they issue permits. Nice people.

I first called Mike Flores when I was planning to re-locate our warehouse in Santa Fe Springs. Mike and his team were very responsive and highly communicative from the very start. In addition to this, their pricing came well under budget; and although their price was the lowest, the service was top-notch. To complete the move, we purchased a pre-owned forklift from his team as well. All in all, M1 is your go to for all things "warehouse equipment".

My partner and I are in the business of reselling used forklifts to local customers here in the Salt Lake City area. Back in mid-December of 2022, we purchased a 2003 Toyota Forklift Model 7FGCU35 from M1 Industries (Mike Flores) for $20,060 including freight from California to Salt Lake City. On the Invoice/Bill of Sale that we received from Mr. Flores, it stated specifically that the forklift we purchased had a quad (4-stage) mast with side shifter attachment. When the forklift was delivered in late December, the side shifter was just hanging on the carriage and was not connected to any hydraulic hoses. Upon further inspection, it was found that none of the hydraulic hoses, pulleys and other parts needed to operate the side shifter came installed on the forklift's mast. We immediately informed Mr. Flores of this huge issue and he said he would get in touch with the dealer that sold him the forklift. After a few days of not hearing from Mr. Flores, we called him and he told us that the dealer he bought the forklift from was not going to do anything about this issue. After pressing Mr. Flores about his responsibility to "make this right" for us (since we bought the forklift from him and he represented that it was in working order), he said he would help out with the expenses. As it turns out after nearly 3 months of ordering parts, fabricating unavailable parts and putting in over 140 hours of mechanic's labor, the cost to us to get this forklift fully functional was over $15,000. Over the last 3 months, we have attempted to contact Mr. Flores at least 25 times about these expenses but he has either refused to take our calls or respond to our voice and text messages. It is obvious that Mr. Flores has no intention of helping out with these expenses. Mr. Flores misrepresented this forklift he sold us. This is fair warning to anyone contemplating doing business with M1 Industries and Mike Flores - stay away so you won't get ripped off like we did.

Mike was awesome. I purchased a used forklift and a couple of racks from him. I also opted for the installation and he did great. The whole process was fairly quick and I couldn't be happier. Definitely save some money and buy the warehouse equipment used. He offers other stuff that warehouses may need, so don't be afraid to hit him up to see if he has it or can get it for you. Give him a call, text, or submit your inquiry on the website. He helped make sure that the height for the racks was what I needed. I'm glad I searched on Yelp before purchasing from somewhere else. Installation was a breeze. Warehouse racks were definitely affordable. What else can you ask for?

Mike was very helpful, quick-to-respond, and patient throughout the entire process from design to installation.
