Luxor Vape and Coffee Lounge

I am so sad to be writing this review. We have been customers here for years and it has always been such a great place and outstanding customer service. Not anymore....My husbands vape started acting up. He has had it less than 3 months. At first we thought it was a pack of faulty coils. When Luxor looked at it they said it was from juice that leaked into the contacts messing up the vape. Well the juice that leaked was from the faulty coils they sold us. All 3 in the pack leaked. In the past Luxor would have stood behind their products and replaced the vape. Again, not anymore. The outstanding crew and customer service that used to make this the best vape shop we've ever been to has taken a tremendous drop. You can buy a vape anywhere. Its the service that kept us coming back for years. Very disappointed.

Friendly, helpful service. Lots of vapes but no Innokin (as of 9/22). Good variety of juice and disposables. Recommended.

Okay so this vape shop is 100% 5 STARS in service, products, pricing and environment! The ONLY reason I am giving them two stars is because it says they are open two hours a day.... is this just wrong and needs to be updated??? Because if so I will update me review and write another review. UPDATE: no one told me or helped out.. which is super funny. I'm glad we all had a laugh... lol Yes their hours are wrong and yes I love it here and love a specific person that is always there to help me out. But all the other staff is good to. The owners are wonderful. I recommend coming here and ONLY here for all your vape needs. I will forever come here.

Best vape shop in town, I won't go anywhere else. The employees here are super cool and always offer very good recommendations for mods, tanks, coils and juices. Highly recommended and make sure to check out their deals!

The staff is always helpful and take the time to answer all my questions and help when I am trying to figure out what I want or need for vaping.

This place is great! I won't be going anywhere else. Alvin spent an hour explaining different options to me and helped me find the right kit for me. Extremely friendly and never once felt like I was bugging him with questions. He also gave me a great deal! Highly recommended.

Great Service. Great Selections. Great Atmosphere.Every time I come in, the guys are always so helpful. They always make sure you have everything you need without trying to push an extra sale. I was having issues with the tank that I bought with my mod while in Vegas, and after coming into Luxor, I left with a new tank as the old one was crap and that's why I was having problems. They told they would keep selling me coils at $5 each that I would go through every few days but that I should consider getting a new tank since my coils would last 3 weeks or more depending on how I used them. Sure enough, new tank paid itself off in less than 2-3 weeks. Love this place! It has to be the best shop in town!

At first glance this shop could be any number of vaping establishments, but upon closer inspection you're lead to a warm, clean, and plentiful shop experience. When it comes to cleanliness this shop has all others beat. The attention to detail in cleaning all of the surfaces, hell! even the floor to ceiling windows are wiped down regularly.Shop atmosphere? Well that's a tough one. When it's morning the shop and its employees give off a very warm calming early morning vibe, afternoons are pleasant enough, but the nightlife are where this places truly shines. Every Friday and Saturday Live DJ music, and dimmer atmosphere compounded with a vibrant experience make this place my go to on the weekend. The fact that it's across the street from a dope nightclub doesn't hurt either.Now to selection. This shop has not only the largest selection of mods, attys, tanks, and batteries, but hands down the best juice selection, with over 300+ Flavors, no other shop in town can compare, compound that with the couches, tvs, professionally trained staff, and chill coffee house vibe and you really have no excuse to go anywhere else.5 stars because 6 isn't an option.

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon to get a replacement glass for my tank that shattered. Ended up getting a new tank, batteries, charger, juice, and coils. Super friendly staff that recommended a Zeus tank and coastal cloud I've never heard of and absolutely blown away. This is how businesses should be run, outstanding genuine staff, good recommendations, and quality products at reasonable prices. Will be sure to return here and buy products even though I live in LA
