Lupita's Jumpers

I confirmed with her before the event , the day of I msg her and she didn't even respond ! SHE NEVER SHOWED UP! So UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE! Do not book with her , you'll be booking with someone else last minute !

Super unprofessional and super rude! The food was super disgusting. Don't ever book her for your events! Super upset! Smh

We had Jose out for our school's teacher appreciation week. He was on time, prepared, and pleasant. We LOVED the tacos and fed our entire staff on campus. I would highly recommend him and we are already thinking of when to have him come back. The Horchata is AWESOME too! Tacos tasted delicious! Everyone was very happy. Thank you!

Fucken thiefs got a water slide, for 150 he had no change so the guy told me I'll bring u ur change nxt day went I pick it up , I wasn't home had to do stuff However I called them to let them know I won't be home make sure u leave my ten dollars which they never did is not about the money is about the service clearly I wasn't satisfied I was asking them to put the slide in my backyard they refuse cuz I have only dirt and they didn't want to clean it , pathetic why have a business if u lazy fuck, so therefore I had to put it in the front so I wanted my change for that reason, never again

I have rented from Lupita's jumpers for the past 2 years for each of my daughters birthday parties, i have rented jumpers, cotton candy machine, and their water slide. I have never had a problem with delivery and they pick up the following day which I love because we can enjoy the items for a longer period of time. Their customer service has always been great, and they have great prices and packages too. I wouldn't rent from anyone else, highly recommend them.

Jumpers are always clean and sanitized on arrival. Very punctual company. I rented from them several times and dime reservations were last minute, but the were very accommodating. I am looking to rent again next month.

A nightmare from beginning to end. First, Jose showed up with a different jumper than what we ordered and charged 60 more than the agreed-upon price. I didn't want to go back-and-forth nor did I have time to find a different company. As he set up the waterslide jumper, he asked me if a hose, (which I did not). Unfortunately, he did not bring the tools necessary to set the jumper up so I had to go to Walmart to buy a hose. About 30 minutes after Jose left from setting the jumper up, it started to lift in the wind and deflate. I called him to come back and fix it (as it was still plugged into the power) but for some reason going flat. The party hadn't started yet so I was hoping he would rush back (or send someone back) to fix it.Long story short, no one ever came back so I was stuck with a deflated jumper and nothing for the kids at my party to do. To add insult to injury, the refused to give us a refund or even compensate for the fact that we did not get to use the jumper at all. A total scam!

I called Lupita's jumpers for a last minute party. I rented a jumper, table and chairs. They showed up a little early which was fine and the table, chairs and jumper were clean which was perfect. We paid them cash on arrival and we were given a receipt. It was perfect no complaints.

Showed up an hour late with our jumper, it was being set up as our guest arrived. They tried to blame it on me saying I gave them the wrong address. I reviewed our contract and text, both had the correct address. Not to mention I text and called several times asking where they were with no answer. The popcorn machine that came as part of our "package" they forgot to bring along with a kids table i requested to rent. They ended up bringing those two items hours later when the party was almost over. The jump house was filled mildew, a dirty bandaid and other debris. I think they should have offer some kind of discount given all the issue.

Jose was very rude. Unprofessional. He started packing up everything without giving us the opportunity to keep the leftover food that we paid for !!
