When you meet the love of your life & decide on the next step, marriage, you want THE DAY to be special, well planned, on time & PERFECT. Sandy was extremely helpful in finding our vendors, our location, catering, flowers, DJ, photography, videographer, rentals, from start to finish she was on top of it!! Sandy & the Lovnplanning team made sure our day was stress free & special. We are glad we chose Lovnplanning for our special day and we'll definitely be using them for any future events!!

Sandy & her team are seriously the best of the best! I only had her for day of coordinating but she went above & beyond to make sure we had the resources we needed & had several meetings with us to make sure she knew exactly what it was we wanted. And she made it happen! If there were any flaws I didn't know about them. From making sure our photographer was getting the photos we wanted to following us around with appetizers and drinks, she was on top of it all. Thank you Sandy! Our day was a dream come true thanks to you!

Sandy is an amazingly talented wedding coordinator and planner!! I just got married on December 21st, 2018 and she worked so hard to make my wedding perfect! She handled all of the coordinating, contacted my vendors, helped me organize myself and even dealt with our not so polite family members with poise! Sandy has a phenomenal team that treated us like royalty!! They attended to us every moment, as well as all of our friends and family. The manager of our venue gave high compliments of Sandy and her team. Needless to say, we received our deposit from the venue with no issues - and that is all thanks to Sandy and her amazing staff. Summary: Sandra and her team are truly professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have the wedding you want. The Full Story:My wife and I are HUGE DIY people. As such, our wedding was a rather ambitious undertaking. We spent our 2 year engagement to plan, craft and organize our wedding. The week of, we loaded a 10' moving truck and headed to the private estate we rented for the entire weekend (so we would have extra time to set up). After a full day and a half of set up, our wedding went off without a hitch! What people don't realize is that no matter how much you plan, and prepare, SOMETHING will always happen...and if it wasn't for Sandra, our dream wedding would have not had any lighting at all. Heres the story:As much of a god send Sandra was, she was a "last-minute" addition to our wedding. Our original day of coordinator cancelled on us and referred us to Sandra about a month before our wedding. We agreed things were pretty well in-hand, and decided to just meet up the day before during set up. Sandra was there bright and early and jumped right in. Our group of family and friends are all DIY-ers as well, so things went pretty smoothly (considering the length of our to-do list), until it was time to set up the lights...Our plan was to string market lights above the reception to light the outdoor seating area and dance floor. At about 3pm, we had the posts up, and lights were being strung, then all of a sudden, the wire snapped!We went to fix it, and ANOTHER wire snapped. panic started to set in as we tried to trouble shoot ways to keep the lights up...by 8pm, we had made no progress. All the while, Sandra had been doing walk throughs and errands for my wife, and was unaware of the problem, but when I went to tell them, she knew what to do. She called up a contact from Long Beach (who did outdoor lighting as a profession) that happened to be in the area and was able to enlist his help when everyone else was closed. He was there within half an hour. 9pm...The situation was assessed and a plan was in motion. He needed to pick up a few things at home depot, so he and Sandra went off...10pm, no word...then at 11:30 I get a call from Sandra saying she is on the way and apologized profusely as there was a potentially fatal incident.When she got back, her contact strung up a heavy rope that was out of the way and the lights not only stayed up, but were perfectly placed! I found out later that her contact had diabetes and had a minor blood sugar attack. They needed to go to in-and-out burger where he scarfed down 2 double-doubles and fries...sat for a while...then were back in business! Sandra stayed past mid-night to make sure we were OK and ready for the big day.I will NEVER forget how smoothly and calmly Sandra handled the entire situation. While still taking into consideration, our vision, budget and timeline. She kept making sure we were OK with anything that was suggested or decided on. If we weren't for any reason, she would think of another solution. She could have easily contacted a local rental company to have lamps brought in, but that wasn't in the cards for my wife...instead, she understood the situation, read the cards and played the best hand she could. And it was excellent.The Day-Of she was there bright and early and ON-POINT! With her son and his girlfriend, the 3 of them were consistently where we needed them to be, right when we needed them, not a second before and not a second too long. Today is actually our 1 year anniversary. Thinking back on the stress and overwhelming situation we had gotten ourselves into, we would not have traded Sandra for 10 extra helpers...She truly did Save our wedding.Sandra and her team are truly professional, fun and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have the wedding you want. I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of any help with your wedding.

Sandra is absolutely what you are looking for in a wedding planner. With you every step of the way, before, during, and even after the wedding. My wife and I both felt like royalty. Her experience and knowledge is beyond average. While meeting with her she pointed out so many lil details my wife and I overlooked. Walked us through everything that was going to take place and we felt so at ease knowing she was going to be there.Coordinated with all our vendors making sure they were where they needed to be when they needed to be there. Setting the timelines for all our requests and made sure it was met. Made sure the staff was "Johnny on the Spot" with everything. Her pleasant and professional demeanor made it so easy to work with her. Her attention to detail and work ethic made our wedding a dream come true! My husband and I were recently married on June 27th, 2013 and we had the pleasure of having Sandy coordinate our special day. We had planned our entire wedding but quickly realized that we needed someone to coordinate the event. We met with Sandy a few months prior to the wedding and she was able to give us a proper timeline of what our wedding day was going to look like. These meetings also enabled us to have a better perspective on particular areas that we had still not finalized, such as ceremony order, bridal party, and minute details. She is a very organized person, taking notes of each meeting that we had and sending us the transcripts. Throughout our meetings she was always quick to suggest ideas and recommendations. We gave Sandy a list of our vendors and she was able to communicate with them to ensure that our wedding day would run smoothly. Our rehearsal was the day before the wedding and unfortunately there were issues with our venue and setup time. However, Sandy was able to facilitate all of the preparations while still allowing time for her to coordinate our rehearsal within a limited time-frame! Our wedding day was absolutely gorgeous! Everything that my husband and I had envisioned was properly executed, and Sandy ensured that our venue staff and vendors were proficient and timely.As difficult as following a schedule can be, Sandy was able to coordinate the wedding within our predetermined timeline! It was an absolute joy working with Sandy! She made us feel comfortable and stress-free, allowing us to truly enjoy our wedding and guests! If there were any issues on our wedding day, my husband and I have no knowledge of them because Sandy handled everything effortlessly. This is a testament to Sandy's expertise and overall passion for wedding coordinating!

I dont know how to accurately express how great Sandy is, but I will try to express my gratitude.My fiance and I will be eternaly grateful for what she did for us on our wedding day.She was not only an amazing day-of coordinator, but an even better wedding planner.There will always be stress, worries, obstacles when planning a wedding, but without Sandy, there is NO WAY we could've handled these issues on our own.Whenever an issue came up, whether it was venue issues, flower problems, budget stress, Sandy handled each and every obstacle that came our way with ease and confidence.Seeing Sandy so calm and determined to solve the problem made me feel comfortable and a little less stressed. Knowing she was there to solve the problem was such a great feeling. From day one, she was on top of everything, from the venue search to the very last wedding day details. I cant stress enough how much Sandy was there to help.My fiance and I work full-time, and it was very hard for us to get anything done during the week.That is where Sandy went above and beyond for us. We didnt have to ask, Sandy volunteered to do certain tasks for us when we could not, and for that we will always be grateful.On the day of our Wedding, Sandy was literally Wonderwoman.If there were any issues on that day, I had NO idea. That day was perfect in every way, I truly believe it's because she was there to make it that way. I thank her for keeping my inner Bridezilla at bay. =) Im sure my husband is grateful for that as well.Sandy also helped with our flower arrangements. She spent most of the day before with my bridesmaids arranging those flowers, and I can tell you that it was NOT easy, but she made it happen and on the day of the wedding those centerpieces were amazing and literally one of the highlights of my wedding.I had the wedding of my dreams. I have many people to thank for that, but there is no possible way that it would have happened without her. We love Sandy and her team! She was so hands on the moment she started, and it eased my stress and anxiety. She was always available for questions and concerns, and it definitely made me feel better about the whole process. Everything went smoothly during everything leading up to the wedding, and on the wedding day itself.
