Amazing food, RIDICULOUS wait times. I literally waited 35 minutes for 5 freaking pupusas.And I ordered them to go...

Food is 10:10. One of my favorite restaurants now. Service was good as well. Will definitely be back soon.

Food is great! Service is hit or miss, went once for a pickup order to find out they hadn't even put it in and they still wanted to make me wait after that. I've placed a couple of pickup orders and they can never get my name right so they have to scramble around to figure out my order. Had to wait for my pickup order and when I got it my eggs were cold and stale.

If I could give negative stars I would!!!! There are two girls in there today. SO RUDE!!!! Argumentative, cold food, once I brought it up to them and they started arguing with me and telling me that I was wrong laughing at me. I felt ridiculed!!! I even empathized with not being able to speak English well and started speaking Spanish to them and even then they were still being rude. One of the other customers said something about their behavior towards us and she made a comment stating I was lucky because today she was calm?!? Now we're fighting customers??? I will not ever be going back and I am telling everyone I know how bad this was. I am in total disbelief. I work in customer service and I would not EVER treat any one like that!

Guess I am not the only one who agrees their timing and hospitality sucks and is just terrible.Horrible, waste of money, and careless of you as a customer.I ordered pupusas and an horchata.. fine. They told me 35 minutes, no receipts nor did they ask for my name. During the wait I changed my mind on the drink and gave me a partial refund. I had to show these stupid employees how to do math. My 35 minutes turned into a 55 minutes wait, they did not care. When I asked for the managers name they refused to give and gave me the name "Cone", ridiculous. To Fatima, I did not appreciate your service. Dirty location, and unsanitary. They are cooking your pupusas without mask. Never going here again. Can't wait to talk with the manager about this.

Terrible service. I order their "Special plate"and it was horrible. the rice was old and hard. The steak tasted awful. My dad ordered soup and all the vegetables were not full cooked. Just a waste of time & money will never go back!

If I can give out negative stars I would. Food is ok. But the customer service is horrible. Ordered pupusas and waited 45 minutes for my order. That's a whole lot of time to wait for pupusas. Meanwhile the whole time other people are putting in their orders and getting their food. I asked 20 mins into my order how much time and Karla with her resting B**** face tells me 10 mins.! 12 mins passed and karla tells me 10 more mins. At min 45 they had to double check my order to see if they even made it and just have me some else's food although correct my food was meant for some else. There service is horrible especially Karla. No need to be rude nor have a attitude when things don't go as planned . I'll not be returning to this place ever! Fire Karla asap!

They make Really good food. I Always visit when I'm in town. The pupusas and sopas are great

Se me antogo un 7mares y agarre un 7 verduras. Que barbaridad. 45 minutos que espere la sopa era 80% verdura 20% seefood. Por 48 dólares no vale la pena.

Venimos a comer pupusas con mi familia y la que nos atendio estaba de mal humor. Se tardaron casi una hora para traernos pupusas y no había nadie más aquí esperando. Llegó otra familia como 45 min después de nosotros y le sirvieron la comida rápido. Las pupusas estaban tiezas y llenas de aceite. 0 stars
