This little Caesars has the worst bait and switch operation going out there. Although their corporate office advertises a five dollar pizza... This little Caesars chooses to sell theirs at $6. When I asked for the advertised price, I was told that that offer was only for locations in Los Angeles... That said on their corporate website they advertise a five dollar pizza. It seems as all of the prices at this location have been jacked up by about 15% or more. This is an unethical practice and I would not recommend this little Caesars pizza location because if they're shady practices. As you can see... From their own corporate website there is nothing in the legal that states different locations have different prices... And if that was the case they shouldn't be advertising a five dollar pizza if it's not the case at every location. Definitely an unethical practice

This location has a lot of problems. Last time I went, they cut the pizza like cheesy bread. Rather than just tell me they cut it wrong, they wanted me to wait another 10 minutes. Once she admitted the problem, I took the pizza as it was cut, who cares, it still tasted good, why would I wait for so long over that. The problem is that there are young kids working here, who don't have the best people skills, they either act like their bored and don't care, or they're frazzled and can't string together a coherent thought. Forget trying to call in an order, that is just a disaster waiting to happen.

Previous reviews have hit it right on the head. This location is in need of some serious reorganization. The slogan for the location needs to be revamped to "Not and Ready". Hot and Ready is so far from the truth. I've gone into this location several times, and no matter the time, there is never pizza ready to purchase. It's absolutely incredible how mismanaged this location is. The employees seem nice enough, but urgency is not in their vocabulary. I attempted to play it a little smarter, so I thought I'd call the location ahead to order my pizza. After several attempts of no response to my calls, I went into the location. I should have reconsidered my thought of getting a pizza when I approached the location and noticed about 10 people standing in the business. As I entered, it was apparent that no one was happy. I placed my order for two pepperoni pizzas and was told it it would be about 30 minutes. I then realized to late why everyone was upset. Customers had been waiting up to 40 minutes forty for a "Hot and Ready" pizza. It was New Years Eve, and they only had three people working. The manager at this location should be held to answer for poor staffing on one of the busiest nights of the year. This location is surrounded by neighborhoods with families that are willing to spend some of their disposable income. However, with Pizza Hut and Dominoes close by, this location my soon become an after thought. I suggest. That this location receive a major overhaul and updated customer service training. "Hot and Ready" shouldn't just be a slogan on the wall, it should be a slogan that they live by. 30 minutes for a pizza is a crazy time to wait, especially when you can drive across the street and get a great pizza in half the time. Step up your game Little Caesars!

I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wing from the location on 47th street in Palmdale. One was a supreme pizza that came a little raw and the other was a three meat pizza that came very much burnt. Even the wings were not fully cooked. Over all this location is not the best when it comes to doing right by the customers and serving quality food over the quantity that asked.

If your in a hurry DO NOT go to this location. I went last week on Thursday and was told my pizzas would be ready in 12 mintues. 50 minutes later I was given my pizzas. They were very unorganized and offered free crazy bread. After waiting 50 minutes my pizzas should have been FREE.We gave them a second chance last night Thursday (again) and we were told our pizzas would be ready in 8 minutes. Well once again 30 minutes later we received our pizzas only to get home and find out they were incorrect. We will probably be going to Pizza Hut more often as the service at Ceasars is terrible. This is a prime example of "you get what you pay for".
