Letter & Grain

A page I followed annouced that they had their products here so I decided to check them out.I walked in and was greeted with silence. With a sense of awkwardness, I still looked around.This store has a bit of everything. From decor, to baby/toddler clothing, to little snacks and so much more. The best part is everything is in a good price range. I thought it would be much more expensive.I ended up buying a cute little decor piece for my kicthen. Loved the store! Just wish I could've been acknowledged, saying I was the only person in there at the time.

Such a cute gem in Visalia! Definitely will go back when I come back to visit friends.

Love the products here but the customer service is slacking. It's too bad that you feel like an inconvenience when it's time to pay.

We went in for some wood working materials and the owner was super helpful. Very cute store.

Went in today with a friend. Very cute store. I liked the variety they had. We found some jewelry that was retro that we liked. A lot of nice mugs, unique food items. Great place to make a gift basket & not go broke! Want to look at the baby clothes again. Great place to go if your showing friends from out of the area "Visalia things". I will be back, can't wait to see Xmas decor/gifts.

I just had the most wonderful experience with Letter & Grain! I saw a pair of earrings on their IG that I wanted to give as a gift. I contacted them and Erica contacted me back right away. She gift wrapped the earrings and hand delivered them to the gift recipient who lived in Visalia. Above and beyond in customer service!! So great! Thank you, Erica! I love your shop!

Currently I will give this review a one star. I understand they carry Annie Sloan paint and I have left phone messages with them, and today I went to the store during their "hours "and no one was there! I drove 40 minutes to get there! Not happy!

so disappointed- called and left several messages . phone message says they are open m-s drove over 2 hours to spend a descent amount on chalk paint only to find they are closed on Mondays , which is the not what their message states. wish I would have read the other reviews before making the trip. I try to support small businesses but they make it hard .

I was on a trip with a group of friends around downtown and came across this awesome trendy store. we were extremely excited to enter such a beautiful store! the environment was warm and spacious. there was so many cute items displayed that were affordable which was nice. however we didn't buy anything from this store because we were being eyeballed and followed around as if we were gonna steal. yes some of my friends were picking up items and occasionally wearing them, but we put them back and didn't steal! on top of that we were yelled at to put on masks (which we had no problem with doing and some of us already were wearing them) because we were a "risk" to other customers. it was silly because the lady however wasn't wearing a mask herself and didn't seem to care about the other customers even though there was at least 6 more people who weren't wearing a mask. unfortunately will not be returning to this store because our experience was ruined when we were being targeted around. unless if you're a person over 30, you won't be welcomed to this store. which is such a bummer! it was a really cool store but the lady was not!
