BEERS & FRIES are SOLID! They have a wide selection of beers. The building was huge which is great for large groups and they have a large bar. I love a seat at the bar! The staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a good experience but not much to write about because it was a short visit. SWAG: I didn't see any but they could have some. I'd come back if I'm ever in town.

My wife and I love this place, it's large enough to not be crowded for lunch which is our preference. The chicken strips are amazing and my wife loves the shrimp tacos. Beers of most types brewed on site and great staff to answer any questions. I like the golden and pils and my wife likes both the sours. Go here!!

Feeling brews and food and a cool vibe ... this is a good chill spot. Lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. We ordered the chicken fingers and fries; great entree to share... they give you plenty. The chicken fingers are fried to a golden brown . Mmm so fresh and hot ; makes my mouth want to smash on the whole plate. The mozzarella sticks are fried perfectly and nice and cheesy. The service is good. The bathrooms are clean. This is a good brewery in Bakersfield.

I got off work and I didn't feel like cooking so we decided to go Farmer Boy for a burger. As I came to the light on district I thought oh let's go here instead for a burger. So glad we did because we had great service and two great sandwiches. We don't drink anymore but If you like beer this is the place to be. We ordered the tri tip on jalapeño bread with stinky fries and pastrami on Italian herb bread with mozzarella sticks. We split the sandwiches and everything was just good. The only complaint I do have is there needs to be more meat. And the pastrami had a great flavor but it was missing something?, maybe the juice, I don't know.

This is a great place to stop by for some drinks and a bite to eat. I was a bit dissapointed to see they didn't have allergens listed on the menu, but that's where the staff shined. They were able to understand my needs and help me come up with some things I could eat that would suite my needs. The ambiance was that of a typical sports bar, but the outsiide dining area was the best. The food was tasty and came out as ordered. Overall a great experoience.

First timer here! I am a newbie to craft beer and had no idea what to order. Bartender suggested one to me and I was pleasantly surprised. It was delicious and so was the food we ordered (shrimp tacos, and a Burger with cheese) will definitely be back to try a new flavor of beer

Friendly service. Their food menu never changes, so I personally get tiny bit bored.. but I have few go to menu that you can't go wrong with(garlic fries, fish tacos, mozzarella sticks). Good selection for beer and comfy and open space if you like having some space from others. The outdoor ararea has games too, so it's nice when weather permits.

Very clean brewery! We ordered a few beers all of them were very good! We've been to several breweries all through CA and I'll say this one had the best beers! Really reasonable prices as well. We also ordered some food, the trip tip sandwich and chicken fingers. Both were very good but a little expensive! All of our servers were very friendly as well!! The outside patio was large and some cool games like corn hole and a ping pong table. Very large interior dining area as well. Lots of seating and it was pretty crowded the night we went! Overall great experience!

Tried out the Hoppy Hour Specials (Mon-Fri 3-6 PM). We ordered the Stinky Fries, Hot Dog with Fries, BBQ & Buffalo Wings, and an order of the Golden Ale Chicken Strips. To preface I have ordered the stinky fries previously numerous times and stinky fries seemed to be lacking an ingredient this time and I always remembered them to have garlic. The cheese was a bit overwhelming and salty. Next time I will order the garlic fries off the hoppy hour specials. Next, my youngest had the hot with fries and it came with course deli mustard and onions and a healthy basket of fries. I had a small bite of the hot dog and it was delicious! Definitely great deal for $8! Next, the BBQ & Buffalo Wings! For $8 you get 6 wings and they were all big wings! Both sauces were good yet highly recommended the Buffalo sauce! Incredible deal on the wings! My oldest son ordered the Golden Ale Chicken Strips. Crispy and delicious! The ranch and bbq dipping sauces are absolutely delicious and highly recommend. We love the District location due to the outdoor patio area. Able to enjoy our dinner, while our kids were entertained playing the bean toss. I noticed other parents with small children using the patio space as it was nice day. Try out the Hoppy Hour Specials next time you visit! Can't wait to come back!

The District location is the best of the 3. A hidden gem among a more industrial area of town, this location offers tons of outdoor space complete with seating, fire pits, bathrooms, cornhole, ping pong, you name it. It's always been a super chill spot, and the beers (WC Hazy is #1) and the fish n chips rival those on the coast! Love that it's never super crowded and never a douchey vibe like Wikis.
