I am a Tiny House on Wheels owner seeking a tiny house community in Northern California. Contacted Lemoncove and the clerk told me they are not accepting anything till October. She unsold me of the place so much so, I wouldn't even go there to camp, let alone live. She asked no questions about my tiny house. She told me no information about the park, other than it's full, and her boss tried to make it a tiny house village last year but they only have a couple tiny houses. I call this FALSE advertising and poor management. Don't let the pretty pictures fool you.

The park is in a beautiful setting at the base of Sequoia National Park. The monthly rate is $550 per month (electricity billed separately). They have a tiny house and vintage trailer community. Checked out this park on our trip on our way to other tiny house village in Isleton near SF Bay and Sacramento.
