HUGEEE shoutout to Wade, our savior.If you're stuck on the side of the highway and reading this, call Lebec! Also, check your tire for a nail. If the nail is positioned on the flat/bottom side of the tire (and NOT the side), then you can get it patched instead of looking for a replacement, this will open up your options for service.We were stuck on the side of the 5 with a flat on Thursday a couple hours before sundown. AAA is useless (they don't bring tires, do tire changes, patches, only tow your car where you tell them), and all the tire repair places around the "area" (which was the middle of nowhere) were closed either due to their business hours or covid, except for Lebec Road Service! We were desperate to get home to NorCal for an important family event the following day and needed immediate roadside service.Everywhere we called from Santa Clarita to Bakersfield, nobody carried a tire in the same size as our Tesla Model 3. Lebec Road Service had a used Tesla Model 3 tire THANKFULLY!! they were fast to answer calls, had great communication, and checked their tire stock fairly quickly. They had dispatched their repairman out to save us. It was 1 hour of anxious waiting in the car between our call to Lebec til Wade pulled up in a giant truck behind us, but definitely WORTH THE WAIT.After some inspection, Wade thought patching up our current tire was better for us than replacing it. He did the work on the side of the highway in the dark, it took 1 hour. Wade is very knowledgeable and has lots of experience, it also gave us a sense of comfort that he himself had a Model 3, so he knew exactly how the car worked. Thanks again Wade for all your help!!

Wade came to our rescue! After having a blow out on the 5, we called to have them change one of our tires on our RV. He came quickly and efficiently to change it. Yet, after changing the tire, he found a major problem in our leaf spring. If it wasn't for him looking thoroughly at the chassis, we could have had more issues than we bargained for. We are so blessed by his service and advice. Thank you Wade!!!

We were towing a heavy RV for the first time when an electrical issue caused us to stop our trip at a rest stop pff the 5 freeway. i undid the last mechanics 'fix' which seemed to cause a short while i waited for Wade. Wade showed up and found the root of the issue, then spent even extra time answering all of our questions, showing us how to tow safely, getting our tires and airbags filled and he did with a smile. thanks for the support Wade. I had nobody to teach me and you really came through.

Without a doubt the most incompetent mechanic I've ever came across. So I was stranded on the side of the I-5 south bound. Serpentine belt came off. I had no tools to fix and a highway patrolman came and told me toGive these guys a call. Called and I got service 4 hours later which is not a big deal even though I was sweating because it's was 106 in the grapevine but it's my fault for not bringing my own tools and parts just incase. The mechanic then brought pullies and didn't know how to get the belt on. He ended up ripping the belt and I got frustrated (after telling him at least 10 times all you need you to do is take the tension off the tensioner pulley) so to top it off I ended up putting my old belt on whileHe smoked a cigarette and then he charged me $350 for it. That was just criminal what he did and it wasn't right. I guess thanks for letting me use your 17 socket for 350 bucks.

On my way to Portland, OR from LA, and my tire blew out one hour into the 16 hour drive. It was about 5:30am when this happened. I decided to changed out all of my tires just in case. The mechanic got out here early in the morning and changed the tires in great time. It's one of the few roadside services I could find that was open 24/7. I didn't have to be towed to a shop, he did it right off the highway. Thank you for saving my road trip!

I made it home! Thanks girls!Coming down the grapevine from LA, and was not careful with my brakes, and the car started to shake when I brake or even slow down. I got worried, pulled over to the gas station just outside of Bakersfield, and started calling AAA. AAA was 50 miles away, and it was already almost midnight. What should I do? I got really worried. So I called these guys. Then my life changed for the better. It's almost like the sky opened up with a shining light! The lady on the phone was sooooo nice she helped me diagnosed the car on the phone asked me what happened to the car, told me what could be wrong, and told me they can probably come look but might not have the parts to fix it, but if I don't speed I can make it home 300 miles away. So I took their advice and boom got home 4.5 hours later. Thanks again!!!

I broke down on interstate 5 where I needed a tow so I got scammed by a company called all American Mobile Repair with a phone #1-800-699-6930 who stole 500 from me told me he was going to tow me and never arrived 6 hours later I had to call another tow truck that towed me to Frazier park ca so then I call two guys road service which they told me they would be there in a few minutes so five hours later two guys call me to let me know that they were not going to make it but thanks to them I got the number to Lebec Road Service where he said he would be there and he did he found the problem that the truck had but the parts were not available so he drove all the way to Bakersfield to get them came back and fixed my truck and got me on my way thank you Lebec Road Service!!!

We were 2 elderly ladies driving south last December when I hit a rock on the road and got a flat tire just after I 5 merged with Hwy 99. It was raining heavily and foggy. Managed to get to the nearby Rest Area and called AAA. They didn't have a truck in the area and could not offer any help. To our good fortune, a Good Samaritan named Anthony contacted Lebec Road Service. Michelle called around to see if they could find a replacement tire. Several hours later she called to say they had found a spare that would fit. Only after he knew that we were going to get help did our Good Samaritan continue on his journey. Soon after Wade showed up and changed the tire in the pouring rain and then jump charged my battery. Michelle called the next day to make sure we had gotten to our destination safely. I don't know if it was the Christmas spirit but we could not have met nicer people willing to help us. Thanks again, Michelle and Wade. I am Premier member of AAA but because I an a North CA member needing service in So Cal, I was not eligible for the 200 mile free towing if I had needed it.

My friend and I had a blowout on the on ramp to the I5 and couldn't get a tow truck to come out to us. We found the number for Lebec Road Service. My friend spoke with Michelle on the phone and we have never had such great customer service, she always continued to text us with updates and checked in to make sure we were alright. Our mechanic Wade was also very helpful and friendly and had our tires changed quickly. 10/10 would recommend to family an friends.
