Took my 16" LS in to get a diagnostic charges were reasonable I called at least 8 other shops and Le toys reputation just ultimately made me choose this shop. He's trust worthy and I will not hesitate to bring my cars here.

Zero stars should be negative 50 stars. Seeing this long time Toyota automotive business I figured they would know the Toyota 4 cylinder engine well. I stop in to discuss my toyota engine and the 2 techs didn't know so they pointed me over to the owner. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing and heard from his foul mouth. "nonserviceable" then erupted profanities and became combative when he saw i didn't believe his unbelievable statement. You think maybe he doesn't understand what you asked yet he's shouting 'non serviceable! that's all he said then continued shouting fowl profanities i wont repeat on a family review website then get the f out of my shop several times" I was there a total of 45 seconds he could've simply said he didn't how. Could of simply said the truth instead went into a foul rage. According to the owner Bin, its non-serviceable! Right ok sure it is?After witnessing the owners rage and unprofessional behavior, I wouldn't let, Le-Toy Motors and Express Lube, Bin or his techs put air in my worst enemies tire let alone trust them to work on my car.Read these bad reviews and warnings, not sure how he has any good reviews they're not organic real reviews. You cannot get Jekyll and Hyde from the same business owner.

Professional and friendly , they definitely know what they're doing when it comes to Lexus / Toyota . They saved me from having to buy a new car when my engine failed . It was time consuming but well worth the wait . My car is like brand new and runs great !

Worst customer service, over priced Rude I took my car in for a oil change and then today 2 weeks later i had to have other work done on itMy mechanic said that it looks like my oil hasnt been changed in months!! I had my daughter with me and was distracted while at letoy but i just realized they never showed me my oil filter they changed which everyone else does. So im having to pay again for a job that should have been good for 3 more months (6 month per the mechanic that did my overpriced "oil change") Don't waste your money here!

I've had nothing but great experiences here. Bin, the owner, has always made sure my car needs have been taken care of. Even with silly things, like installing headlight bulbs that I couldn't do myself and removing a torn, unneeded part from the bottom of my car. Now my AC went out- he got the part in ASAP and was able to accommodate my crazy schedule to get it fixed. So glad I found a trustworthy, hardworking, caring mechanic in Bakersfield!

I called a Monday morning to let them know I was getting specific codes on my car. If they could look into them and clear them out, they were quick to say: "oh yeah I can clear those with no problem" I said, ok I will drop off my car later on today. I dropped off my car (2:30 pm), I let them know once again I had specific codes I needed checked, I'm not sure if he is the shop manager/owner or just another so called mechanic but the "manager" (let's call him that) said oh yeah those will be cleared by tomorrow I'll give you a call. Tuesday went by...nothing. Wednesday at 2 pm I called the shop and asked for status...the guy that took my car in and my info(the "manager") said: "oh yeah, ok so you car has these codes" pretty much repeated to me what I had told him Monday afternoon and I said I know that but what has been done to the car to get it fixed? He said well we fixed 3 of the codes and then it gave me one code somewhere else so we fixed that one and we got the other 3 codes back. I said ok how bout the other codes and he said we will do a compression test right now and I will call you back. I said ok no problem. the rest of the afternoon went by, Thursday went by, Friday morning at 10:30am I called and ask what was the status..."we haven't run a compression test in your car my best guess is the gas cap or there's a coolant leak in the engine" and I said gas cap is new from factory receipt was given to you and you placed back in the glove compartment, so that means nothing has been done to my car since Tuesday? he said no, he then said what we can do is take the engine out rebuild the cylinders and hopefully that will fix the problem and that takes some time and I said how much time so I can extend my rental he said a couple weeks, (if that last part would've been said to me Tuesday after I called the shop, I wouldn't have had a problem but since there is lack of work and communication from the shop, I said ok let me call you back within a couple hours(keep in mind the two times I have called so far was after work and during work). Friday afternoon I called back and said, I am calling regarding this car. I am heading over to pick it up, this is around 4pm, the "manager" said, the car is not ready, I am gonna have my guys work on it right now. I show up, my car is in a corner hood open with another 4 cars of the same status, walking into the front desk and then the "manager" comes in reeking like alcohol and says but why are you taking the car? (like if it has been worked on). I said because the car has just been sitting here and I cant keep renting till you decide to look at it or work on it. So he went ahead and attempted to type the bill...yes I still got charged for nothing...I say attempted because he couldn't even focus because of how wasted he was. don't get me wrong, I know it is Friday afternoon and want to enjoy the weekend but you are technically still on the clock and for a client to show up and present yourself like that raises a lot of questions and a lot of red flags. Once I got my car back (if you know your car you know) car was cold cold clearly had not been worked on at all, my son got in the passenger seat and we went home, I am going to assume my son noticed how upset I was and did not say anything till we got home, he then went ahead and asked...what is that smell dad? I said effin alcohol...I wasn't gonna write a review because of the unpleasant experience but then I realized if nothing is said nothing will change, so to all of you looking into this shop and don't want your time wasted or get ripped off. This is not the place to go to. I personally had a bad experience and do not recommend.

2004 Toyota Tundra crew cab 2wd 160k miles. I had nearly all the front end replaced by another mechanic April '22 (struts, upper/lower A arms, end links, ball joints, rack-n-pinion, and brakes.) Even after alignment the truck drove terrible. Nearly a year later and 4 different shops (off road shops and general mechanics) no one was able to solve the problem. That's until I took it to Le-Toy, it did take them a second look after alignment, but they found that the rack-n-pinion was not centered and was causing all my problems. They uninstalled rack, centered, reinstalled rack, and alignment for $375. My truck was nearly un-drivable for a year and I was almost ready to trade it in. The sad thing was, all the other shops said they could fix the problem and all the new parts were installed correctly. Glad I went to Le-Toy, should have went there first. $375 is much better than a $1000 a month truck payment.

These folks will take advantage of you. Took a vehicle there to get AC repair. The cost was over $300. A week later the AC went out again. Dropped it off again thinking there would be no charge. They then charged us for a diagnostic check or said we had to pay over $600 for additional repairs. Did you not do that the first time? Isn't that something you should have figured out from the beginning? Going back to le-toy's invoice they charged $250 to unplug the evaporator drain. I took the truck to pep boys and they found the issue and it was under $250 to replace the motor. They are not in business to do the right thing for their customers. Caution you all to stay away.

Brought my car in bc check engine light was on. They kept my car over night with no notification. I show up the next day to figure out what's wrong and they charge $125 just for a diagnosis that I already knew... I just wanted to know how much the service was going to be. This is bulshit. They could of just told me the pricing up front. I wouldn't recommend coming here. But if you want to be over charged it's $187 for ac service and $466 to get hose replacement

Bin and his technicians are amazing! As soon as I had my car brought in to their shop, they diagnosed the problem and had my car car fixed in a reasonable time. The cost was fair also. I would recommend them highly!! Thank you for all your help!!!
