Lazy T Ranch

I have boarded horses at The Lazy T ranch for 30+ years there's nowhere that's better for horses and people, the environment is amazing! It's family friendly and everyone is always welcome to look at all animals and have a great time in a western setting..I have never seen anything like it and as soon as I get to the ranch, I feel like I am at home. The trails are amazing and everyone is friendly and helpful. Jay the owner is a family friend. He is a character, and not for everyone!!! He DOESN'T have a drinking problem, I would trust him 100% I hope this place is around another 100 years!

I've been to 3 different events at this location and each time, the older gentleman who is the owner has just gotten worse. Seems like he is an old miserable man. He has absolutely no respect for anyone. He treats you as if you owe him the world and that you're just a big inconvenience to him. He will look at your face and use all kinds of profanity. Why this man or I should say, how this place still hosts events is beyond me. It's such a shame because the ranch is a really cool place to host an event but the owner just ruins the entire mood. I will never step foot here ever again.

Seriously such a great ranch! But, the person that makes it absolutely shine and bring it all together is Breanna. She is the Equine trainer here and she ABSOLUTELY EXCEEDS at her profession! She is hands and hooves down the BEST horse and lesson trainer I have ever had. You name it, she can absolutely do it and excel at it. Want a pony ride for your little pumpkin? Maybe even a pony cart tour? She can do it! You want more experience in horse riding? Done! Want to train your horse some knew techniques? She's got your back! Attended a birthday party here and what a disappointment with the staff / owner! He should not be running a public business with the remarks he makes to the people . Very unprofessional

My daughter had an amazing 3rd birthday party here today. All my guests loved it! We created lasting memories. I appreciate the care that Lazy T took in ensuring we had a good time. Very professional, courteous and fun. They even helped clean up after! This was my second time visiting the Ranch and it was still a blast. Definitely recommend!

Wow this place is down to earth, good fun. The prices are the lowest I've seen anywhere for parties and pony rides. The staff is friendly and makes me feel at home. I've had nothing but good experiences with Jay and everyone else.

We love coming to Lazy T ranch. My son has been coming here for pony ride for a year now and Bri is our favorite. She is our go to girl and the reason we come! If you want to have your little have a memorable and great relationship with horses book a pony ride with Bri ASAP. ​

I have never ridden a horse unassisted in my life. I was a small child the last time I was on a horse. In two weeks Breanna had me grooming, cleaning hoofs, bridling, saddling, walking, and safely riding a horse with confidence under keen supervision. She is very patient, and her instruction is clear and concise. There is not a moment under her instruction that I felt unsafe. The horses that she chose to train me with where just as patient and understanding as she was. Amazing place! My girls love their horseback riding lessons! Breanna is such a wonderful and kind trainer! So happy we found a place close to home in Palmdale.

Kids birthday party was fun but not a lot of horse time. Tried to set up a lesson twice but instructor was not very communicative on time and kept canceling. Gave up and went somewhere else. My experience is dated by a few years so maybe it's better now. Still not going back though.
