I have been to many Laser Away locations, and must say that this one has been the best! So much great advice, spending time so I can better understand the treatments I am getting and how to get the most of them. Really easy to reschedule, schedule, etc. I am also a baby- the pain of laser really gets me- and the staff has gone above and beyond to get me through the sessions! And Giau is always so helpful, and spends a ton of time talking through options with me! She is the best admin at Laser Away that I have worked with! And of course... still getting amazing results from my laser!

Gabby, Yanira, Sophia and Ashley always make me feel welcomed! They know me by my first name, they always engage in conversation with me, they answer all my questions. Gabby is my girl! She will help me all the time and goes above and beyond for me. Hands down best treatment from front desk ladies to back office RNs! They all remember me every time I go. I have not had one bad experience! Special shout out to Gurpreet, Sydney, Martha, and all the RNs. I wish I remembered all their names but I absolutely love the luxury treatment I get here.

Update: after letting all the hair in the areas grow out completely I'm seeing that I now have more hair growth in some areas than I started with. I feel like a fool for buying the initial package and then going back and purchasing more sessions only to be left with more hair than I started with. Take pictures before and after! Also, I didn't mention that they did offer some free sessions to make up for the treatments not working for me, but the free sessions required a purchase of more sessions and I fell for it. More money down the drain.

I love the nurses at LaserAway. Each time they've been knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and sweet. Honestly, the best care I could ask for! The nurses are highly skilled in the treatments and results have always been consistent.I wish I could give the Bakersfield location five stars, but the front office is just not friendly. I've been a couple of times now, and each time they've been unprofessional. I get the clear impression that I'm inconveniencing them. LaserAway Bakersfield, can we please get these girls some customer service training?

Spoke with Linda I am unsure if she is from the Bakersfield location however during the beginning of our over the phone consultation her manner was good after I inquired if there were any other discounts or promos that may be discounted upon receiving my quote Linda's response was that it was already at 50% off tattoo removal of $2,100 for a dollar size or less. Linda's responses were short and hung up on me. Overall unprofessional.

Based on the good Google reviews online, I thought this would be a great place to inquire about tattoo removal. I was connected to Linda on the phone. She was incredibly rude, short, and when I asked if I could think about it, she hung up on me. I have never encountered so little professionalism from someone in customer service. Based on another review saying the same, I think y'all need to say bye to Linda. Unfortunately, because of this, I will not be seeking treatment here.

I paid for a full syringe expecting a complete treatment, but the nurse didn't finish the job. When I questioned her about it, she was rude and dismissive. I essentially wasted my money because I didn't get the full service I paid for, and there was little to no visible difference. On top of that, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I won't be going back or wasting any more time and money at this place.

This was my first time trying to come in and the customer service is not very nice. I tried to get a consultation meeting and no one showed up for it although I already had an appointment set. I called back and had a provider start messaging me for what i wanted to get done at laser away then they just stoped answering. I don't recommend this place. It was a waste of my time and unprofessional in my experience.

2/1/1014 I received one treatment out of the $5400 packet I bought through Ally financial. I paid my entire fee. Then I had scheduled an appointment in September 23 2023 , the representative called me 1-2 days before stating it needed to be canceled and that it would be rescheduled in November. I did not receive an email or call. I did get a text . I wanted to rescheduled the date laser away had given me but I have not heard back from them. I am still owed a treatment from September a balance of 3,500 and some. I am disappointed that once they get the payment laser away doesn't care if they follow through with the session.i can't even avoid given them a star because it requires a rating.Laser away CALL me to schedule for what I paid for.2/4/2024Laser away from Beverly Hills ( Katrina) contacted me and called, left message.I would like a refund
