Lancaster Firestone

Great Experience with these folks here , they took care of my lil fiat when the starter went out.Katrina was very professional and courteous over the phone and in person, also thank you to the mechanics who worked on my car.They go above beyond as I witnessed Karina tell the mechanics to keep the garage door open as they were coming close to closing time they awaited a client who needed some help with their vehicle.

I have had issues more than once at this location. When they said they checked my tires and filled them worth air. My PSI was 28 before going in and then 24 when driving away. My bad, I should have checked. But their paperwork and rep says they did it. They don't. I wouldn't recommend.Does this make them worse than others? No. Does it mean they do what they say? No.Does it make them reliable? No.

They didn't honor my life time alignment warranty. So what's the point of paying $180 when you can't even use it at any other locations. Would never use this place not even for oil change.

Katrina and the crew are so friendly and nice. I take my car here for general maintenance, oil changes, and other work. I always get great service.

I've been taking my vehicles to Gary at Lancaster Firestone for 15 years now. He has always come through for me. The service is top notch, the prices are fair and they're completely honest. I would recommend this garage to anyone.

Disappointed--Received an auto service card claiming to offer all these great benefits, i.e., free oil change, free wheel rotation, blah blah blah. Card sold for $30 but when I came in to use it, they didn't honor it. First I was told it was supposed to expire 2 weeks prior the stated expiration date. Then I was told the person that sold it wasn't authorized to do so. Next, if I asked the manager to do something he could give me a discount. He offered 50% off an oil change. I decided to pass and go to my regular oil change place. Bait and Switch--That is how I felt. It was clear that this was not the first time this person has had to deal with. I suspect if I was a month earlier they still would not have honored. I went on expiration date. Had this funny feeling they would not honor it. I had it over 6 months and did not use it because i suspected this would happen.Maybe the Manager/ Owner Dave got duped by a sketchy swindler. Maybe, but I don't know. I just got an uneasy feeling . I got that bait-and-switch feeling. DRS Advertising that provided the card. The number printed on back 502-472-0508 went direct to voicemail when I called to get an explanation for Firestone not honoring their card. Not sure if it's Firestone is at fault but I suspect the not so many cars in their parking lot and beys that business has not been good. Review pics of card

Katrina help me with a lot with my car, literally all over the phone she was extremely helpful. Not only did she help me she also helped my fiancé with her car A few days prior. The price was not bad at all I would recommend Firestone 10/10

I could not be happier! The customer service was amazing, super friendly and very informative. The price was very competitive when looking at quality and what the dealer is quoting. My car is driving like brand new again for the price of one service at the dealership I was able to get four services done. Then on top of it all they were done with my car and under an hour. Highly, highly, highly recommend to anybody looking for car services. Check here first!

Called about an alignment and was told they have a special for $79.99. When I got there, since I installed new parts for the front steering, the special doesn't apply. It would cost me $99.99. The special seems to bring sales in for them to sell you new parts. Since I replaced the parts, they couldn't milk me for new parts. The female advisor went to get the mileage and made a comment about my steering wheel not being straight when the wheels were straight. I advised her that the only way to tell if the steering wheel is straight is to drive it down the road. You cannot tell if the steering wheel is off by just looking at tires that look straight. I just drove it 40 miles to get to this Firestone and told her the steering wheel is not off and she should test drive it. She didn't.After the alignment they tell me the rear camber is out of specs and there is no adjustment. For them to do it, it would cost over $700.00 to fix. I bought the adjustable camber arms for $160.00 and installed them myself in about 45 minutes.Now I have to complete the alignment for the rear, but I won't come back to this Firestone.Looking to go elsewhere, Palmdale and Santa Clarita Firestones offered me a lifetime alignment for $209.00 over the phone. This Firestone did not offer me this.Seems they just want to milk their customers for more money.

Worst attitude I've seen,I'd recommend the palmdale location much rather than this place. The lack of diversity upsets me as well, as the front desk is much different than the work done outside..speaks volume.
