Helpful, friendly staff, they did not have what I needed, but what I needed isn't really what they carry. (Computer cable/adapter) But, I feel very at home and 'cared for' in this particular store.

My go-to for supplies and yard/ home maintenance and repairs. The biggest hardware store in the Valley and their staff is very helpful. I bring in a tool like my weedwacker and the guy st the help desk will make it all better! Their garden area is nicely stocked.

We came in to get two little bushes for the front yard and ended up leaving with a ton of plants for killer prices thanks to Tyson! He also helped us snag a gazebo for the back patio, also at a great price. He's super helpful and personable! Really appreciate all he did today while helping us out. Super rad person!

I had purchased a portable evaporator cooler to help cool down 1 bedroom in my home which is only 120sq feet. The cooler states it will cool up to 600sq feet. The cooler didn't cool the room off and actually made it hotter. I attempted to return to this store less then 24 hours of purchase and was met with rude unpleasant staff. They called the manager and he came up and said no i can't return it there's nothing wrong with it I explained yes there is it doesn't cool then he proceeded to tell me it's not meant for cooling a home i told him i wasn't attempting that just one room and then he said this cooler is made for patios and garages when the package clearly states made for patios, home and garage. I have never experienced such poor customer service and lack of caring on the employees part to help right a situation. I will not being returning to this store and buyer beware of the shady practices of this store and their employees

To start, I'd like to mention Deland because he was very helpful and patient when I interacted with him. I've been here a few other times in the past and had no issues. They carry typical hardware store items plus some kitchenware goods, etc. In the back they have an official UPS drop-off area as well I didn't know about till recently. If you go outside they have a selection of garden items and plants to choose from. Also, if you are looking for a pocketknife and pepper spray they have those items too.

Worse hardware store in the area! Overpriced and such rude employees! I only come here if Ace, a nice friendly store, doesn't have it or their paint machine is down. Why does anyone shop here? No wonder they have such poor rating.

Went there last Saturday for an adapter for my electric car charging cable. They had to custom make the adapter for me, while I waited. The service was excellent, the price was very reasonable. I'm very happy !!!!!!!

I have had issues with this hardware store in the past. However, I was in need of a new kitchen sink faucet, and instead of buying one online I decided to shop local. During this covid virus I believe that it's important to do that to help locals keep their jobs. I went to the section that displayed a wide variety of faucets. I see a few on the end cap that were marked on sale and I see two of the kind I want, so I select one that is tagged on the box for $64.99 but a handwritten sign says, $64.99 now $49.99. I was happy and left for the cashier. She can't find it in the system and calls for assistance. A guy comes up and says he'll check it out. He doesn't return, and after several minutes I go back to the place where I found it. He is there changing things. He says that I can't have it for either $49.99 or the price on the sticker $64.99. He said they are &120.00 and he won't sell it to me. I said to him that that is the price marked and he should sell it to me at the price marked. He just said no. I should mention the neither he, he said he was the owner, or anyone beside one person did not have a mask on. Even the cashier was without a mask. This is the reason we are having a resurgence of the virus. I also might add that nearly all of the patrons shopping there had one on. It's evident to me that this place doesn't care for the safety of their own community!

Just got off the phone with them, talked to an incredibly ignorant female.Asked her if they rent out certain equipment, she answers "No, I don't think we do", so I ask her to please verify for sure. Her next question is "What exactly did you want to rent?"Uhm..girl, why do you answer with NO without knowing what I am asking??Gave my feedback to some "manager", does not seem like he was concerned at all either about such incompetence either. Clowns.
