Lake Bottom Brewery & Distillery Corcoran

Amazing drinks and good service. He def told us what was the strongest. Love the vibez, maybe we need a dance floor?

We went off our route a bit to get here for lunch as we all enjoy breweries and distilleries. We arrive and were greeted and seated quickly by smiling folks behind the bar. They have a beautiful still and the distillery and brewery equipment are all on display alongside the restaurant and bar. Fairly typical small town bar & grill layout. On this day, we ordered at the bar. I'm not sure if that's always the case. We got a variety of entrees and all six of us liked our meals. Tri-tip steak sandwich, French Dip, tacos, fish and chips, and I got frog legs and deviled eggs from the apps menu. Everything was tasty. However, they only had 3 of their own beers on tap and no tastings available of their spirits. Said their brewer and distiller hadn't been in for quite awhile so production was behind. I wish them well as they work thru their absences and ailments. The two beers I tried, a porter and a schwarzbier, were ok. So, right now, it's a fine eatery, but a disappointing brewery & distillery.

This is my third visit to Lake Bottom. I walked in thrilled to see the Sweet Melissa Amber still on tap. Yay for me ! My boyfriend had the Koopa Troopa. We decided on the Chicharrones as an appetizer. They were sooo good. Onto our second round of beers we sampled a couple of other brews before ordering. They do charge for the tasters but it's a hefty pour. The Tule Fog and Willie's Revenge for me. Both Ambers, they had hints of citrus which sounds good but I choose to stick with Melissa and even purchased some to take home with me. They have kept well which reminds me I've got half a can left that's dying to get down into my belly. One of the owners even treated us to a sample of some cold sliders that may be on the menu for the summer. They'd be great for a hot summer day. Walk up and order then they bring it out to you, liquor served as well, bathrooms were clean, music went between Spanish and rock. Cool vibes all around. So besides the snacks and beer being delicious. It was really great to see Fred (part owner) after so many years and see how he is a part of a great addition to Corcoran Downtown. Great food, fast service. TVs showing current games, really cool setting. Makes you feel like you're dining someone's way better than Corcoran.

Used to love this place.. Went in this am. They weren't very busy. Waited 45 mins for my food. When I saw other people getting their food that came in after me I left. Never again.

First time having frog legs and they were absolutely delicious! Kinda pricey $18.00 for 6 single legs. They were fantastic though and I would totally buy them again. My most favorite thing on the menu was the short rib pot pie but it's no longer on the menu. I was totally looking forward to it. I asked the bartender and also the owner and they said it was a seasonal item I figured early January when it's raining and freezing outside would be the perfect season for it, the bartender shrugged his shoulders and the owner didn't really have an answer. But I found it funny they have the peach flatbread in the dead of winter, not being in season. Lol. I did order the peach flatbread and it was spicy and delicious! The restaurant and bathrooms were both so very clean. Like sparkling! Absolutely wonderful experience here and I look forward to coming to this location again and again.

We came here for lunch and it was great. They have top notch beers and the servers was great. We order the build your own burger and it was cooked perfectly. If you are looking for a good beer and bite to eat than give Lake Bottom a try.

Lake Bottom made us slow down! This is a local place and the locals seem to love it. We had a gift card and decided to head over from Fresno on a Saturday early afternoon. They were only serving breakfast which ended up fine. Service was slow but the vibe matched the service. We test tasted some of the local beers. There are some pretty darn good local ones. We preferred the dark brews. We ordered omelets and man - these were excellent. Huge portions and fresh. The price was also great. We obviously stood out but were made to feel at home. I am not sure we'd ever make the trip again just to go here but it was a solid and yummy. It made us slow down and just enjoy our early afternoon outing.

Great spot. Fun food. The beer is awesome. The owner does a lot for our lock community. Always a good time. Football basketball golf etc. the staff is awesome. If you haven't been you're missing out.

I don't mean to offend anybody but Lake Bottom Brewery is the only reason I've gone to Corcoran in the last few years. This diamond in the ruff is a pure gem. The service is superb and the food is fantastic. In the last five or six visits, I'm starting to lose count, I haven't had a bad meal yet. From burgers, frog legs, salads and French dip sandwiches it's all been so good. I need to stop. I'm making myself hungry.
