Ladies and Gentlemen Salon

I was very excited to get a pedicure before a very important, romantic trip.Sadly, my feet weren't refreshed at all. I'm used to the whole deal - callus removal, exfoliating scrub, generous lotion application, cute polish.Instead I got something I could have done in a footpan at home and for a fraction of the price. (The price is ridiculous). Even the polish was bland - we weren't given the option to do nail art or anything.We were ushered out before our toenails even had time to dry and I ended up having to repaint mine at the hotel that evening before my flight.I went with my friend and they are so understaffed you can't have simultaneous appointments, so we had to go back to back and it was kind of awkward. They have two chairs and we could have both sat soaking our feet while the technician worked on one of us, but we weren't even offered that option.I was also pretty disgusted that, as I was having my feet finished, the technician put the cleaner into the foot bath to start cleaning it. One slip and my foot would have been in a bowl of god knows what.The technician herself was really nice and friendly, but it was really awkward trying to have a 'girls' night out' when it felt like the technician was actively involving herself in the conversation.I won't be going back.

Ladies & Gentlemen is an amazing salon! Lacie does amazing work on nails and manicures. Everyone is so friendly, and their customer service is A+.

I have always been thrilled with the service I receive from Ladies & Gentlemen. I get compliments on my hair all the time and everyone wants to know where I get mine done! I also get my nails and pedis here too - and I've never been disappointed! The staff is friendly and just amazing. I have four kids and I also get their haircuts/styles done at L&G. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. I can not say enough good things about this place and the ladies who work here!

Went in today and got my hair colored and cut. Bianka was amazing. She listened to what I wanted done, explained the process and made it happen. She is very nice and great at what she does.

I have been to many many nail techs and I would say I'm extremely picky! Danielle Park is amazing!!! All I can say is she's amazing at what she does!! I can't say enough about her ridiculous amounts of glitters and I love glitter she posses every color ever imaginable and most importantly she is a perfectionist!! I'd give her 10 stars if I could!!

I get all of my piercings done here. Lacie is incredibly friendly and is sure to fully inform you of what she is doing with your piercing and why. She makes sure to keep everything clean and sterile. A very calm place to get pierced.

I've been getting my hair cut/colored here for years and I've never been disappointed. Not in the end product or the service. Jenica is phenomenal when it comes to color, but she's not alone. This salon is stacked when it comes to talent. You can walk in and trust that you'll walk out loving your hair. Would highly recommend this salon to everybody =)
