This was a little staycation for me and I loved it!! The room was so much more bigger than I was expecting. I used Booking.com to get an amazing price! Everything was very clean and cozy. I will definitely be treating myself again soon with another stay here. It's close to shopping and family fun, freeway, and not too far from the beautiful Sequoias. The breakfast selection was great!! I couldn't decide between waffles, biscuits & gravy or yummy bagel & yogurt!! Hotel staff are always kind.

Everytime people and family come up and visit this side of time I recommend this hotel. It's clean and anything there's Wyndham attach to it you know it's upgraded a notch. This place is affordable and nice looking. Has an indoor pool and hot tub until 11pm small gym and free breakfast. Might I add the free breakfast is actually pretty good. I have stayed here a few times myself for a staycation. Right in the middle of everything eating and adventure park. Staff is always nice and the family suite it nice too plus affordable!

We checked in to this La Quinta for one night on our drive to Sequoia with our two dogs. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning. No issues at all.

ISAAC the liar. Worse experience ever. He gave my reservation to someone else, just because, then ISAAC says he isn't responsible, then, fake calls the other nearby La Quinta hotel, and lies to me that they have rooms available to just go and "he will transfer my information to them." so I'll get a room over there. I have a newborn crying in the car because he is tired, we are exhausted from the long drive, and now we're stuck with no hotel room because they gave out our room to someone else, even though we had reserved it 4 days before. My gut tells me ISAAC was lying, I get in the car and call the same hotel he called, instantly get an answer from the customer service at that other hotel and they say they are fully booked, NO ROOM AVAILABLE. ISAAC lied to me, he just told me they had rooms available, to just drive over there. I go back inside the office and ask ISAAC, who he spoked to, and why he lied to me. He said, "I don't remember the name" and "stop accusing me of lying to you". I said, call again and get the person to answer and tell you there's rooms available. He couldn't get anyone to answer, because they never did, but he lied to me, to waste time and gas, driving to the other hotel 20 minutes away, to get there and be told there isn't any rooms.My newborn keeps crying because he is hungry, needs a change, we're exhausted, and now we're calling to find a room, on a weekend.Finally, we find the only available hotel within 45 minute drive.. Now we're FORCED to pay high weekend rates, totalling almost $300 for a queen size bed, for 1 night. IMAGINE hearing your baby cry for 45 minutes straight because he is hungry and tired, but he is stuck in a car seat, because the hotel room we booked in advanced at LA Quinta Visalia, gave our room to someone else.ISAAC was no help, kept telling me he wasn't responsible for what happened, that there was no manager, he was the only one working there. Kept saying there was nothing he can do, but did lie to me about the other LA Quinta, having rooms available.I will be posting a complaint with the BBB, this was uncalled for, cause my baby a lot of stres

Conveniently, check-in begins at 3pm, which is when a shift change happens. The girl behind the counter lied that the rooms weren't ready as the cleaners were behind schedule. When I parked the car, I saw no fewer than five of the maids outside smoking. Turns out, the front desk attendant gets off at 3pm, and she didn't feel like enduring the "hassle" of checking in guests as it was 3:02pm. We waited nearly 15 minutes for another employee to "get herself situated" before we were allowed to check in. When I asked her about the maids being behind schedule, she looked confused. Am I being petty? Maybe - but for the price of the room and the fact that we'd been driving for nearly seven hours - I don't think the truth was too much to ask for. The hallway was loud. Kids running up and down well past 9pm with nary a parent in sight. The shower made a distinct screeching sound that reminded me of a dying smoke alarm. The floors are hardwood or laminate with no rugs or carpets, so if anyone is staying above you, it sounds like they are clomping around in 5 inch stilettos. All. Night. Oh, and speaking of the floors. They were nice and clean (see picture: 1 hour after I'd showered).

A descent place for the price but absolutely no privacy in terms of sound. You will hear baby crying sound to TV sound from all over the place in the morning and don't take your teenagers here because they will hear something you don't want them to hear at night time.Elevator needs a major check up. Felt unsafe to use with the noises it was keep making.

My wife and I were not happy with this place at all. A suite room, bathroom sink clogged, the living room, couldn't get the TV to work and was not comfortable, looked flat and old. Floors felt dirty. Sorry but the truth.

wish i could give zero starsworst treatment i have ever receivednever have i been treated this waymy kids and i took a very long deive to come see my father who is very ill(mind you my 6 children fell asleep the whole drive here, 6 hours)in getting here the young lady who checks us in sees clearly i have 6 kids with me, (4 of which are toddlers) i would think she would be mindful of this and put me on the bottom floor, somewhere i wont be an inconvenience. but no i get put on the second floor with rooms on all sides.someone tells my aunt that everyone is complaining that my kids are being loud. im doing my best to quicly settle in while breastfeeding my nb. at which point a guy (employee) comes to my door knocks rudely, tells me about everyone complaining, i explain im already on the phone trying to switch rooms and he says no. tells me rudely to keep it down several time and then again to just try.like sir i am trying really hard here, i understand its late and i am a mindful person the least they could have done was not be rude to me.i am a paying customer as well and i bet they didnt advocate for me at all when taking complaints. bet they didnt talk smack to selfish people complaining about my kids being kids. bet they didnt apologize for giving me the room they gave me or should have just refused me service. sent me off. but no you will take my money and put me where you damn well please and then come and disrespectfully tell me to keep down. where has consideration gone??? understanding!!!!!??? sympathy?????? i just recently gave birth, my father is sick, i'm sleep deprived myself, trying to keep it together only to get this treatment.... you never know people situations please be kind and polite when complaining or telling someone off.oh but sir never again will i stay here!!!! jerks!!!!!

Worst worst worst and shady manager which I will be reporting to corporate with all my photos of this establishment! Stayed two night and our bed had a huge crater in the middle of it. I tried to deal with it but got No sleep when we had an early morning to the National park! Edgar the manager was not apologetic more annoyed that his hotel was not what it's advertised to be. The girl at the front Stephanie is brand new andShe told me he would be in at 7 and 7:30 rolls around and I have to approach him at the front desk! He tells me we can move just wait in my room but we had drove 6 hours to got to the National park and we weren't going to wait! 35 mins later he had a new room Poor next people who got the room 203 we stayed inEdgar tells me because we booked through booking.com that he couldn't compensate for the no sleep and crated bed that was a LIE!!! Booking.com contacted them and they verbally agreed to compensate me for the first night but now a week later they don't agree and aren't doing the right thing!Stephanie Keeps being left there to have no answers! What if a customer needs something and the manager expects everyone to wait til Monday for the manager!!! Jacuzzi was out of order and in the in door pool the pool lights weren't working Again NO HANDY man on duty they say. The pool was filthy!!! Gross!!! After we complained they did a shock treatment the morning we were leaving! Stains on walls, holes with spackle, holes in the lamp shadesToo many pics to post Good luck!

Room smells moldy and is very dirty. Bedding was old and cheap material. Bathroom was nasty and needs to be fixed. Curtain rod was falling off. Elevator sounds like it is about to break and it shakes. Gym equipment is out of order.
