I purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie from here and was overall happy with the costumer service. There was zero haggling on purchasing their extended warranty and ultimately they gave me the cash price for the vehicle even after financing. One of the tire treads (Michelin tire) was wore down and they replaced it upon my request. Would recommend this dealership to any family and friends.

My husband purchased his truck here as a first time car buyer. Our salesman was really easy to work with, he tried to help us out the best he could in regards to the loan. A couple months after we purchased our truck we noticed a noise had gotten worse (they had initially said it was due to the truck being lifted). We took the truck in and they fixed the problem within a couple of days, staying true to their word.

They don't even deserve one star I bought a truck a GMC Yukon it leaked all over my driveway the next morning when I woke up I took it back they fix it I brought it home it started squeaking I took it back they said they fixed it I brought it home it started squeaking again I took it back and I got my money back they're liars their own trustworthy they try to bullshit you and give you shitty ass cars to drive while they're fixing your nice vehicle that you paid a lot of money for don't buy from these guys they suck ass

This dealership is better in ONLY ONE thing from the prior dealership that was here before; they DEFINITELY have waaaaay more vehicles that are nicer looking than the prior dealership. The bad things (or drawbacks) are as follows: Despite the numerous NO PARKING signs posted in front of the dealership, idiots STILL stop and/or park in front anyways. I know; you're thinking "So what, who cares where customers or non-customers (AKA: random parkers) Park/stop?" Wait till you're on Southbound Martin Street & trying to pull out onto East or Westbound 137 (Tulare/Lindsay) highway AKA: E. Tulare Avenue. You CANNOT see past, through, over or around these people who obviously can't read the No Parking signs or just choose to ignore them! *Maybe the signs should be in Spanish??!!!The next drawback is while there is a large selection of clean vehicles (no body damage; or clean interiors) not in need of repairs. However; the mileage is always extremely high as is the price for them. KBB pricing would NEVER price them as high as this dealer does! **Note to used car buyers; the year,mileage & asking price are written on either the windshield corner or back window corner bcz they usually nvr post any window stickers w/this info. Finally; yes, I agree w/the Yelp review that said the lady there is rude. My husband was looking at some vehicles there & we dealt w/her; she has a very "off-putting" personality that comes off as rude. Needless to say; their "deal" was horrendous & we didn't buy! Hope this helps you.

The women who was showing us the cars was rude and unprofessional. She basically said she couldn't help us find a vehicle because I didn't have a co-signer but I had a good amount a cash for a down payment. We stayed at this dealership for about 10 minute before we were shot down. Wouldn't rec command this dealership. My mother in law also bought her car here and she's already having problems with the transmission. This dealership doesn't even deserve the one star.

Do not ship at this dealership. They sell cars that are not in good conditions. My daughter got a car there and is giving her so many problems. Plus they sell you a guarantee that at the end of the story it does not cover anything. Never in my life have I had to say this but there cars are really crappy. We have to pay out of pocket to get a new engine and it's been only 6 months to be honest this should not be happening at all. On top of that with in 2 months she had to do oil change and that oil was really horrible. Plus carfax was not offered or given to her regarding the vehicle. Every dealership should provide one regardless. I am so upset of this going on. Its just a headache dealing with car issues. On top of that I have called them and asked to talk to the manager and I have not received a call back at all. They definitely do not deserve a star at all.

I recently bought a new to me diesel from this lot, and do not have one bad thing to say about the entire process! My fiancée and I went looking for a truck knowing our credit wasn't the greatest and the amazing finance guy worked his magic! They allowed us to drive the truck all over Tulare before pulling the trigger. We could not be happier with our new truck and how luxurious it is! Thanks to all the staff at La Playita, this is the second truck we have purchased from them. 10/10 recommend!

I went to trade my Nissan Altima 05 for another family truck ... I bought my 08 armada all I could say I'm superHappy best truck in good conditions like new ,!!!
