I've been here several times over the past year as this mall has become a halfway point meeting spot for me and my kids' dad. What does that have to do with coffee? Well, our kids are artists, and we really like all the fan art adorning this place. Jars hand painted with animated characters are so much fun, and provide a much more interesting experience than drab Sbucks. We like the drink concoctions but I feel like the drip coffee is not that flavorful. It gets me through the drive home though. And service has always been with a smile. We went a couple days ago and the small iced lavender matcha white mocha latte I ordered wasn't filled up- it was like 3/4 of an inch below the rim, which was disappointing for a drink over $5. So, I question the quality control practices.

I have always been curious about this Coffee shop. Every time I go to Bath and Body works, the smell of coffee is so inviting. I went in to get a hot cup of coffee. Their prices were kind of pricey like Starbucks. So I just ordered a small cup. It's okay nothing special about it.

Deanna who works here is literally the best ever! She makes my drink so good every time I come! Not too mention how sweet and helpful she is! I recommend her specifically if you go!

The service here is great and inviting the shift manager I think name is Jae she is very polite. i always get the banana smoothie or the chi tea with cinnamon. their pastry's are also fresh. I have been going there since i moved to the AV over 3 years now. The prices are reasonably, I mean it is in the mall.

We came up to the AV to visit family. I hadn't been to this mall since the 90s, where this used to be a Gloria Jean's. The coffee shop looks exactly the same. I appreciated that nostalgia. Coming from LA, we expected to find a Coffee Bean or Starbucks at this mall, but I'm glad we didn't. The three baristas were nice and they looked busy but also focused on good service. The almond milk latte was great. I was a barista for 11 years, using both auto machines and the old school espresso machines. I could tell they pulled perfect shots. And the foam was also perfect. We also got a peanut butter mocha chiller--not sure of the exact name, but he's pretty picky when it comes to blended coffee drinks and he slurped it down and said it was awesome. Thanks for the good service! If we lived up here, I'd come to mall just for coffee or drive past Sbux any time I wanted to go out for coffee.

Staff is very unfriendly, nonprofessional and rude. Not coming back and I suggest you don't either , avoid the bad time .

This place is so much better than Starbucks and for the price. The owner even chatted with me after I bought my drink and asked about my arm in a sling. Most people these days don't care about anyone but themselves. Every drink I have gotten here has always been good quality. Definitely recommend the mocha Oreo frapp.

Customer service is not good. The people that work here are not friendly at all.I ordered a latte w/almond milk. I was charged .95 more and when I received my coffee it wasn't even filled to the top. I asked if they can add milk. The lady just grabbed the cup and gave it to another girl that was making the drinks and made a comment to each, I guess they felt I was being to much to ask the a $5 cup of coffee be filled to the top. When the milk was added the girl didn't give it to me, she handed it over to another worker (guy), I thought that wAs weird because he didn't even know who the coffee was for. Anyhow, I said thank you, he didn't even acknowledge that and turned away. I'll be grabbing my coffee elsewhere

Got a vanilla latte, tastes like cigarette butts, not pleasant. No complaints about service.

I think her name is Deanna? I'm not too sure, but every time I come, she makes my drink so perfect! I'm currently hooked on the Cookies and Mint chiller it's so good so I've been coming quite often lately. But DUDE! It's so good when she makes it. Believe me when I say this..no one, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE! Can make the drinks better than she can! Sometimes I don't even bother on going in if she isn't there, because that's how great she makes the drinks!
