La Nueva Michoacana

I think the ladies that work here are fantastic! Minus a couple items and the paletas; everything is literally made to order! Sure it calls for a little wait in the line, but when it's your turn you'll get the same service. It's pretty busy here often, and that speaks for itself. They are even on Doordash!

I usually like the place, but today the customer service was off. Got a lady with an attitude, but I guess we all have our bad days. There ice cream bars are good, but there fruit is always sour.

This is one of our favorite places to go get some natural fruit filled desserts. When you order a strawberry paleta there's three different kinds depending on whether you want milk based, water based, or whether you want the strawberries chopped up or whole. It's basically taking La Rosa paletas to a whole other level. My favorite dessert though is the "diablito". I get it mixed with lime and mango ice cream (sherbert?). It has chamoy and a Chile tamarindo candy straw. It's so good! They accept cards but there is a $0.50 charge for paying with them.

In love with this place. Of course you pay first prior to getting served. Just like any fast food place. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you're happy with your order and customize. Their agua frescas are delicious. Very pleased with this place. A little bit of a wait but because they have a lot of clientele. Very big portions as well, for great prices.

I wouldn't even give it one star. Their customer service is terrible their lines are are always a 15min+ wait time, add another 10-15min+ for your orders to be served. Their ice cream is always old, the people selling fruit in the corners have better fruit at better prices.

Very bad service. The lady that took my order was rude and she had me waiting for more then 20 minutes for my order when the place was not even busy at that moment. Not to mention that she had forgotten about my order and if I wouldn't have said anything to her, I would've never gotten my order. This place just to be great before they expanded their location, but lately I've been receiving bad services from them.

Didn't like that you have to pay first and then receive your order.. also very bad attitude who helped us very rude.. it's not a very clean place... and also not very good and they also have to measure everything to put on your order and the ice cream isn't that great or the nachos we ordered if you want more cheese they charge you for it wouldn't recommend this place to anyone..

Very disappointed, their whole charging system is messed up, they gave my wife attitude because our group ordered our snacks with different people, the Cashier named Margarita was being very rude to her in front of other customers when we told her about us trying to pay for other people that came with us... this lady just had an overall bad attitude but the other ladies tried to be nice to us...
