The girl was so sweet and kind. Also the drinks are amazing my favorite is the mixed fruit drink!!!If you guys want to try and ice I recommend the tequila with almonds

I came in today for a banana split, mangoniada and a two scoop ice cream cup. Erica who I believe is new helped me and she was very nice. We need more ppl like her! Excellent customer service.

Wow ... I had a Guava paleta today and oohhhh it hit the spot it was perfect. Delicious and tasted just the way it should. They always do good @La michoacana.. gold place clean and staff is always nice

Oh it's so nice to have this location open close to my work! It just opened, it's clean and spacious. Very well organized and plenty of employees to help customers. There were three other customers in there when I went in the middle of the week around 1 pm. They have a lot of ice cream options! You will find something good here. I got the esquite (corn with butter and chili) with no mayo and it's delicious! They have a lot of options and the menu has pictures and prices so you know what you're getting when you place your order. They're in the Vallarta shopping center that you can miss the location but it's in the corner. There's plenty of parking. This place is awesome! I'm so excited it opened as I watched while they were still building the location.

Really disappointed. Was looking forward to coming here with my family. Had 6 people total with 1 toddler. Showed up at 1050 not realizing it didn't open till 11. So we waited with the kiddo getting amped up at the prospect of icecream. 11 comes and goes. 1105 now the toddler is getting antsy. 1110 we knock. Two people inside and no acknowledgement. We just wanted paletas but they wouldn't even open the door to give us an update. I get needing to prepare to open but at least follow your posted store hours. Had to leave with a toddler crying as he didn't understand why he wasn't getting icecream.

Deliciousness! I got the mango thing (I could look up the name but I'm being lazy). It was made fresh to order and so fantastic! My daughters had cones one had a single scoop the other had a double. The best flavor for them was coconut and a caramel type. Total was between 15-17 dollars. I've been craving it ever since I had it. I think it's important to point out that this place is located in an older and not so great area of the city, however the store itself inside was modern and exceptionally clean .Definitely recommend! If you have never had the mangonada(?) you should try it out!

I highly recommend going here great ice cream and snacks I go specifically for the Agua frescas very refreshing on hot summer days like today. Great selection on ice cream employees are friendly.

Hands-down, this is my favorite spot in all of AV! They are open late and are always well staffed. The staff is very knowledgeable with their menu and quick to service customers. They carry a huge selection of ice cream and are always stocked. I gladly pass up a few other locations and go out of my way to this specific location due to their customer service, hours, and selection! Highly recommend!!

Large menu + delicious snacks. I paid for pepinos preparados, tostilocos, and paletas. The store has markers where you stand if you're waiting in line. If all the markers are taken you must wait outside until a marker becomes available. This wasn't an issue for me as it is for our safety (control the # of people inside the store). Service was pretty fast. They had a special on paletas. Parking is shared with other businesses but there was ample parking when I went. They truly do have everything you're looking for here (especially during the hot summer!). They have a bunch of ice cream flavors to chose from. Employees are super nice and patient. If I remember correctly there is a rewards program that you can join- definitely worth it if you come often. Only thing- the store needs better AC. I was sweating by the time I walked out with my stuff.

Omg this a public notice to everyone that goes here I saw a trail of ants coming from the storage area. I also noticed that they don't properly clean utensils such as cream scooper, spoons. And their knive they use to cut fruit they also USED it to cut the cueritos. And not to mention their long line, their was two out of three workers actually working with the customers and the other one was just standing at the cashier area and walking back and forth into the back room. Overall a horrible experience and not so good of store management and maintenance
