Their Popsicles are always delicious but 8 for $35 is a little to expensive if you ask me. Service the girl was very friendly and helpful Ambience was clean and retro 3/5 stars

Customer service is good, establishment is clean, but no flavors posted on the display. Everything looks delicious, but we were guessing what flavors they were. Overall, very fun and clean place to get a treat.

The place is very clean and honestly very big! It has lots of seating, and a variety of snacks to choose from. I had the two scoops of ice cream they were two HUGE scoops, we shared one between two people and it filled us up! Their butter pecan was the best I've had, so sweet and melted perfectly.

Customer service is not as great as it used to be. Maritza was helping me out today she was very polite. However, the ice cream quality I wanted was not good at all. The lemon ice flavor I wanted was so hard for her to scoop that I had to change it to something else. Also the floors were super sticky and the store is inconsistent. Lemon ice cream was too hard for my Maritza to scoop. Major flag is that no employee uses hats be aware of any hair on their food or ice cream.

Mal servicio , la muchacha que me atendió , bien encarada y pedí takis con queso y no tenían queso , luego pedí fresas con crema y que no tenía , nada de lo que yo keria tenía , yo mira la refri y ahí avía fresas y leche no entiendo porque no solo podían cortar un poco de fresas rápido y poder venderme mis fresas con crema , la hora que fui eran las 8:45pm y suepuestamente cierran alas 11

I went there ordered two tostilocos and they were really bad I let the workers know and they didn't even offer a refund I threw them away. They are unprofessional

The service is horrible the workers are always rude and they roll their eyes at you. Everything else is okay the workers just ruin the experience with their dirty looks.

I'm not one to leave a bad review but I think the management or training needs a lot of improvement. The young woman serving us was obviously new and it didn't look as if she had any training or knowledge of the menu. We got all of our order incorrect and she had 3 coworkers around her that didn't once offer to help her. I've visited multiple locations in Fresno and the service is always excellent, sad that the quality isn't the same everywhere.
