La Michoacana Ice Cream Parlor

Though the ice creams, aguas frescas, and snacks are EXTREMELY delicious. The lack of workers (only 2 in the store) leads to long lines and even longer wait times. The ambience and environment is generally clean and welcoming.... But again, expect slow service and extended waiting.Customers walked in just to walk out. Preferring not to wait for their treats. Not everyone takes the time to write reviews but it says a lot about a place when you're standing in line for 10 minutes and;- the line doesn't move- you watch customers walk in and walk out- workers work at a snails paceDELICIOUS snacks tho, I still waited in line, I just wish service was more efficient.

How unfortunate it is to arrive and be disappointed so briskly. I tried to experience and leave with a optimistic review but not tonight. Yelp and google should communicate a bit better, Yelp states they close at 10 and Google at 9. Who do we trust?? We arrived at 9:30 and doors were closed. Maybe next time the owner or someone authorized in the Yelp account should update the hours.

Always good customer service Angel helped me with my popsicles. I always buy $20 worth but I saw a different kind. Similar to the Bobs Old Fashion Ice Cream where they had to chocolate or vanilla and dip it in chocolate then either peanuts or sprinkles on top.

There are so many options, but choices are not limited to agua frescas, ice creams, esquite, chips, cut fruit, and more. I've always enjoyed a good agua fresca or mangoniadia from other vendors, and this place knows quality taste. Menus are available to read while you wait, as well; that was appreciated.We were able to try samples of the ice creams before we ordered to help us narrow down what we wanted to order. The two people that assisted us were very friendly and the service was impressive. They only asked us once what we wanted and verified at the end to make sure that they had our order correct (we ordered a lot). This was my first time at this location and was happy with my overall experience. My cousins a regular and said the service is consistently great. When I come out this direction, I will make the effort to visit this store. Two thumbs up!

All it takes is for that ONE time to set a bad experience. I really don't understand why the woman serving me allow this customer to walk in, skip the line and jump in front of myself & others who have been waiting patiently but she did. I asked her "didn't he come in after us" she said "yes sorry". I just shook my head. As a person who works in customer service, I know better. Maybe the staff can be taught the same. -UPDATE- I'm so upset! I ordered this and once I get home to eat it it's burning hot and filled with so much hot water w hot Cheetos on top! I tried to give this place a second chance but I am officially done! Never again.

20$ For fresas con crema no thank you we had no choice but to buy them we took 2 large ones and it came out to 55$ with some ice creams if they would've have the price posted we would've made a better choice but we had no option but to buy them I know we could've just left them and abandoned ship lol but we aren't like that. This location sucks.

Returned an order but they refused to refund for the item because I ordered one thing but they made the wrong thing. Employees argue that I asked for the wrong item. They refused to refund $15 for the wrong item.

Genuinely this place is okay. Personally, I do enjoy it but there has been times where the service has been OK. The prices are dumb, but the Thursday Agua Fresca deal is bomb.

$9 plus tax for 1 fresas con crema is insane. Why are y'all overpricing like that? Like that is actually ridiculous for ONE item. Will NEVER stop by with those prices.

This place is cheating. I was here a few times and they kept fooling us around with inconsistent price for a few items. Not going back because of their dishonesty and business ethics issue. Staff also lack of training.
