L & D Chinese Buffet

Poor service. Very rude and unprofessional. Will not be eating here. Really need to stop giving places like this a chance. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, you'll be happy you did.

Not in compliance with food safety. Notice my food was cold and brought it to the owners attn. he then unbelievably says they turn off the heating tables that keep the food warm 1 hr before closing which he admitted to and that is a major to critical health code violation when the restaurant is open and patrons are eating. Seems like they can care less about what ppl think but the dangers of putting customers health at risk is another thing that can't be overlooked.definitely needs a visit from tulare environmental health and have their doors shut!

I don't even know where to begin well lets start by saying the food is flavorless and everything here is so old and broken. Even worse the restrooms are literally disgusting and broken. The service is so slow and they probably don't even vacuum. Like I said everything is broken and the curtains are old and yellow and broken. I will include picture bellow

It is amazing I don't really recom this to you if people say the food is bad it causes it's a Chinese buffet and I'm Hispanic so I personally like the food but its not that much money they only pay you for the drinks but if you don't have enough for what ever fast foods you want I don't know home here I guess

Very good food, selection is great! Take my family there very often. If you go for parties, then they always have a dinning room for that. You will not be disappointed at the large selection of quality food . You never have to wait in a long line . So if you want to grab good food while on your lunch break, or take the family out for lunch or supper, then this is the place to go for terrific food, excellent service, and quality time with your family, then this is the place to go! You will not be dissapointed!!

My experience at this location was not the best experience as we went out for a family night. The service could have been better and the food was not the best tasting. We ended out stay early as my husband bit into an eggroll and found what looked like hard pieces of rocks inside. They did give us a "discount" on our bill. No serious damage, just a lot of pain and discomfort after a trip to the dentist to confirm.

The food here is very good! This place has never gave me any issues with customer service and I have been eating here since i was just a little kid. This place to me is memorable and enjoyable at the same time! If you have time, come eat here the chow mein is always flavorful and the environment is very relaxing. 10/10

Amazing food! Really flavorful . The hospitality here is great. Someone always making sure you guys are doing well. The atmosphere here is also super great the music in the background adds to it!

Best Chinese buffet ever! I've been here since I was little I've enjoyed a bunch of your food and hospitality! Sorry for all of the low ratings you guys are getting! You have the #1 best chow mein! you have the nicest workers here in this buffet. I love how people come here and enjoy your guyss food it is not expensive at all either! People are definitely missing out on your delicious Chinese food! Keep up the good cooking and work!

Beware of this so-called restaurant. Our party of four ate there on April 6, 2023, and before the night was out, three of us came down with food poisoning. There is absolutely no reason to waste your time or money at this place unless you're into cold and tainted food ~ not to mention filthy bathrooms. Shame on you, Porterville, for keeping this place in business.
