Christina is always extremely helpful and flexible when I've been on deadline for projects. I know that I can always count on her and Kwik Signs to help me get my job done, and get it done well! The worker (Danny) who dealt with my inquiry lacked manners & basic etiquette. I made contact for an estimate and to get information and advice on a current projects signage needs. This was met quickly by rudeness as though my question on options available was insulting and inconvenient, when I tried explaining solutions other shops suggested this was followed by a charade of abuse including gross GRAPHIC PROFANITIES directed towards other signage shops in the vicinity, this was not amusing, not professional and seriously? to gain my business? Really?Can you see whats wrong with that ? I sincerely hope so !!! I suggest you take this feedback seriously and retrain in customer service and common sense 101, the stupidity of this experience did result in me taking business to a neighboring signage shop, how many other customers may have experienced this obnoxious and surreal experience?I have given 2 stars , I really don't like to see local businesses getting hurt and I feel if some basic sense about professionalism and respect for competitors and other businesses is slapped into your worker, you may find customers may at least hang about long enough to allow you to quote the work.

I have been using Kwik Signs for many years for all of my Avon business projects as well as personal stuff. They are professional, reasonable and very prompt. I highly recommend Kwik Signs for all your printing needs.

this review is for two separate occasions one bad and one unfortunate the first time they were very rude. we live near their location and we would have a specific family member meet us in front of our store as we did not desire that person to know where we live. the management must have had us all messed up. they came out told us to leave that they had called the cops on us because they thought we were selling drugs in front of there store needless to say we werent but they coward back into there store and wouldn't offer any opportunity for explanation. i let the situation rest. fast forward to a month ago, its late at night and i find a guy standing out side there store front as i drive by only he is not standing he is kicking the ship out of there window and the other two windows were kicked out already. i flipped a u'y and proceed to call the authorities. i will admit that a part of me wanted to say ah screw it let him have at it. they deserve it. how ever that is not me and never has been so i assisted the sheriffs in identifying the individual. the quick signs staff and employees expressed there extreme gratitude and could not be happier.
