Kwik Serve

So Trona is my usual spot to gas up when heading out into the Panamint and Death Valley's to hunt for aircraft. The next door gas station used to be literally the only game in town. KWIK Stop is new for me at least since I last ventured up in April of 2021. It is a typical gas station and prices are the same as it neighbor. It also give you choice if the other is busy. The staff was friendly and the prices were in line with what you would expect given its location.

I really didn't plan on stopping at this gas station on our way to Death Valley from HWY 395.On Google Maps, I saw the gas station next door- TIS Gasoline (that also has Chester's fried chicken).At TIS Gasoline, there's only one pump and NO 91 gas. Which makes a big difference for us motorcyclists.So, we went here to KWIK Serve that does offer 91 gas and has 4 pumps.Keep in mind- you will not have cell service here. But, staff inside are super friendly and chatted with us for a bit. As did some of the locals & other folks passing by.There's one gender neutral bathroom that is really clean & smells like Lysol.
