I just came back from Electric Universe and was ASTOUNDED at the service provided by Laura and her team at Knights!They truly went above and beyond. I go to a LOT of events and these were the best maintained and cleanest Porta Potties I have ever been in. They handled wind with care and made sure everything was in tip-top shape for attendees. Major Props! Will be using them for any bookings I need!

Stay away!! At ALL costs!! Wouldn't even give one star. After having a million and one issues with scheduling services (many missed service requests), quality of service, (nothing gets sanitized, usually our belongings get knocked over, thrown about, or fences backed into with the trucks. And drivers driving way over speed limit on our road) and billing issues (we were incorrectly charged for almost a whole year) I finally spoke up and posted a review on Google. The owner Tracy replied and told me no service issues have ever been recorded, that me being charged incorrectly is a "discount" and to contact her to further discuss. So after calling Tracy she gave me the excuse that because of covid she can't hire good employees, word for word said it's a "shit show for lack of a better word" and the very last thing she said to me was "from now on call and speak to me if you have any issues and we can resolve them instead of leaving us any bad reviews" which is fine. I thought we finally came to an agreement. Until the very next day a service rep called me asking to trespass onto our property to pick up the unit without ANY NOTICE! And everytime I try to speak to Tracy she dodges my calls and we only get to speak to her manager George who is CRAZY CRAZY rude, totally freaked out when I told him our conversation was being recorded and said "I thought you weren't a hothead like your husband?", and all we've gotten with him is "the owners will call you" and "Tracy made an owner decision to have the unit picked up since we can't come to an agreement"... Tracy what happened to our agreement of me speaking to you the next issue that arose just hours before??What a totally crazy experience to have with a service company. We have since spoken to multiple other contractors who have them hired as a service provider, as well as independent residents who have had very similar issues. After finding a new rental service they informed us that the majority of their customers have come from Knights as well. Watch way the hell out and save yourself the drama and the headache!!Also how weird is it that every single "funny" react on this review are all from employees that actually work in this office that I have never even spoken to. Like someone else said before me, There's no responsibility and the laugh reacts just prove that even more. This has been such a weird experience overall.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would....wasted 5 hours over a 3 day period for these jackwagons to such out a porta-potty. They were a no call no show 3 times! I will NEVER call Knights Pumping again!!! What a waste of 5 hours of my life!!!!! CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

Absolutely outstanding porto service at Wasteland Weekend in September 2021, couldn't be happier! Compared to previous years where toilet paper was more of a suggestion than a guarantee, it was such a welcome change of pace to have well-stocked, sometimes twice-daily cleaned portos to rely on. Especially going to an event in the middle of the Mojave desert, and doubly so during covid, having clean and well-maintained facilities (and hand-washing stations!) was such an amazing boon. Really hoping they'll stick with us for next year as well.

Laura was fantastic at taking care of us and our RV. She took care of us in record time and we have absolutely no complaints. RV grey and black water was disposed of and we returned to our vacation with peace of mind that our RV was in good hands. Can't recommend Laura enough! And the porto potties at the event were spotless. No hovering necessary, they were so clean and spotless.

I must say I was impressed with the rapid response given it was a last minute request to add more hand wash stations to my site. Overall great customer service & prompt response what more could you ask for. Will definitely use knights again in the future.

I would suggest going with another company. Since Knights came to our home on 12/7/17 we have had nothing but issues with our septic tank. Not only did the technician not insure the toilets were working or flushing he did not report any issues. Turns out our septic was only "half full" we had a cracked t and this was discovered only after we called them to report our toilets overflowed. They continually have deferred to a female supervisor who is not out in the field, at all. She has been unhelpful. Flash forward an entire week our toilets again are full. We call a second septic tank company out because we got absolutely no where with knights. Knights kept saying the initial driver can't be reached since he doesn't have a phone on him. This is untrue, as I witnessed him using it 12/7/17 to confirm knights had gotten our payment before his departure. A second septic pumping comes in, and they report that the second tank (still part of is the septic) has been completely untouched. I call knights to request a full refund as they have been nothing but issues. 12/15/17 female supervisor again states she was told that he reported pumping it. I inform her that he did not as the second company had to dig up all of it and their technician at knights did not. Please save yourself money and the headache. Knights has not been willing to assist or take responsibility for any issues. I also called twice during this time and left a general message with no rerun call. I still suggest another company. They didn't respond to our credit card complaint or BBB. In addition an alleged manager messaged me on Facebook just saying sorry. It's really sad how little they cared. We spent so much more money than needed because they were awful.

Never in a million years would I have thought I'd struggle to remember my Yelp password just so I could rate a Porta-Potty company, but Laura was THAT good! I went to the Everywhen Electric Universe event in the Mojave Desert earlier in October. I've been to an assortment of events over the years (be it things like a concert or a multi-day event like this was), and I have NEVER been so very happily surprised with just how dang CLEAN the porta potties were! This was an event with several hundred people and I believe 60 portos. You could be off and about, meeting completely new people, and all of the sudden you would hear someone talking about just how incredibly clean the porto-potties were! That literally NEVER happens anywhere else and this was 1000% because of the excellence and dedication of Laura. I already inquired at the event as to who was going to create a Bronze statue in her honor, but in the short run I think it will have to just be an excellent review. So much gratitude for the care and dedication Laura puts into her work - give that woman a raise, an epic bonus, or SOMETHING fabulous because she absolutely deserves it!!! Thank you Laura!!!
