Honestly if you care about your family member, this place isn't the way to go. As soon as you walk in , there's a smell and it's a big mess. As my Dad and I walked in to visit my mom. There was a huge mess and nothing is cleaned. I mean nothing was cleaned good. There was crumbs and many other disgusting things. Including the rooms being so tiny to move around in and the restrooms are so dirty. This place is a dump, don't go there. This whole place is a mess, I don't recommend at all.

I have been working here since 2012, All the staff works hard on a daily basis ! I want to give a shout out to All the CNA, Nurses, administration , house keepers etc for all the hard work and keeping us COVID free for the last 10 months!! Keep up the great work everyone! And remember Team work makes the dream work!!

I believe they have changed their staff over the last year because I see all the other reviews but honestly from all the places around, they have the best CNA we have ever dealt with. Srivatsapriya is soo kind and thoughtful! She is always willing to help and always so attentive of her patients, she is always around making sure they have everything they need and always looking for ways to help. So if you are looking for someone to take care of your love ones and show genuine concern for them, she is the one!

This place is by far the worst.and the people that work there are as awful as it gets... no blankets no oxygen no Comfort... my grandma passed away there tonight we got there and she had a sheet literally on her and no oxygen by the way which she needed that to live... literally is not a rehabilitation center like it says it is a prison. My Grandma's not the only one with this sheet every single person in a room only has a sheet on them not to mention it was freezing in there... star rating does way too much for this business they should have negative star ratings because they'd have -10

This place is an absolute nightmare please do not send your family here. My grandma stayed here one month for "rehab" within that month she was sent to the hospital twice which they never told us about when we asked about it they stated they contacts us which was a lie we asked why she went to the hospital they had no answers. We found out she had a seizure. The second time is when we took her out on 1/15/21 she was admitted to the icu for an infection in her body. She told us today she would have to sit in her diaper for a long time and when she would want to get up to go to the bathroom(obviously she needs help) they would tell her it's fine just go in your diaper. she also told us she never once did any physical therapy or any rehabilitation the whole time. The doctors at the hospital told us she came there so malnourished and her face was sunk in. The hospital asked for her teeth which Kingston had and they argued that "whatever the doctors need they have". When we finally get to go down and get her belongings we were waiting watching through the window a "nurse" basically throwing a patient into their wheel chair. I am beyond livid with this place i get that this job is a lot but you chose that job if you hate your job find something else!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CANT GO SEE THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE

I heard this place was closing. Hardly no cars to be seen in the parking lot now when I drive by.

I was a patient here during the covid pandemic. Service was excellent, also it was a nice stay. The staff was very helpful and catered to my specific needs. I had no problems with any of the staff or the residents. Nurses and CNA's were quick to respond to my calls. Overall couldnt ask for anything better. -John Palmer

This facility is trash. I would not recommend it to anyone. The DON is a bitch. She has no regard for anyone's belongings. Her moto is if you brought in your personal items it's your responsibility and that includes lunch items and things you provide for your patient because they are to cheep to supply it for them. There are very few nurses and staff that care.

My mother resided at Kingston from November 24-December 24. From the beginning of her stay, until her discharge today, they effectively communicated COViD updates. Elena was very responsive to all of my questions, and addressed all concerns that I brought up during her stay. Most importantly, my mother stated that they were very kind and attentive to her.
