Top campground on the river. Nice pool, hot tub, club house with a kitchen, pool table, WiFi and more. There are just too many good things about this campground. This one can hold the name of a resort. The people and very nice, the campsites were grassy with good power water sewer. They do charge for power if you stay longer, and it seems to be on the up and up. Felt really safe with the fence and gate. I enjoyed seeing some of the campsites, really enjoyed the one with the flags and beautiful outdoor furniture. My only complaint is I wish the store was bigger, it was the size of one in a hotel but that is not an issue there is one right down the road.

Found this rv resort on yelp on our trip down from Yosemite. The staff at the front were super helpful and allowed us to drive around the park to select which site would fit best for our family. We have 2 dogs that are friendly but can be protective and we appreciated that opportunity. They're allowed to be off leash and have 2 dog runs by the beach for them. Each site has a hookup and fire pit. As we were unloading, the groundsman came up in his golf cart and offered to bring wood if we needed them. I got 2 bags of wood. They're actually big bundles! The people staying here are super nice and the lady across the way from us invited us to bring our dogs and play with hers, (dogs name is River :) ) and it was super kind of her. We appreciated it. The bathrooms were clean. The sites were clean and had grass. At night we heard owls and coyotes howling across the river. The convenience store at the front has everything! We got s'more stuff and a little tool that extends to put the marshmallows on and not burn. We hope to be back soon!

We had an archery tournament in Tulare last weekend and decided to turn it into an RV adventure instead of staying in a hotel. I spoke to and made my reservation with Cindy, she was so friendly and answered all of my questions. We were even given a beautiful riverfront campsite. The river is currently dry but my son and dogs loved exploring anyway. The RV park is spotless, staff and other customers as friendly as can be. We even had firewood waiting for us upon our arrival. I highly recommend staying here. This was only our second RV trip but I will be staying here again for the next archery tournament.

Can't say enough "thank you s' " to staff and residents at this truly great and quite beautiful RV resort. We were "mandatory evacuees " from the Sequoia Fire Complex" and stayed a full week here. From extra consideration of our stressful exodus to offering (and providing) for items we overlooked evacuating and allowing us to stay in really sweet sites on the river, we thank them all so much!We seldom travel so close locally, yet having our daughter and grandchildren visit and paddle and swim in the river we would strongly consider coming back with family again. We made a bad situation much better by taking our neighbors advice on going to this awesome place.

We had an amazing stay here over the long Thanksgiving weekend. Both our neighbors introduced themselves right off and invited us to the resort sponsored and potluck Friendsgiving event happening just a couple hours out. We decided to go. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. We all pitched in to help dish up leftovers and clean up the clubhouse. Then our Neibs invited us over that night for a campfire. What a great way to start a long weekend. Met the managers in the store and both were very welcoming also. Super place to visit. Quiet respectful campers everywhere. Thank you all.

This was our first time at this beautiful resort. The people who work there are helpful, supportive and warm. The resort is gorgeous, clean and full of amenities; rec room, bathrooms with showers, horseshoes, dog park, walking paths, ice machine, store, breathtaking views, many shade trees, and when the river is let down, it supplies plenty of recreation. The fire pits are lovely at night, and chopped wood can be purchased and delivered! This is our new best place to go! Well done King's River Resort!

We selected this as a place to stop along Highway 99 on a long road trip. We arrived in the evening while it was still light but we're surprised at how spacious and easy to get into the spaces were. The park is well-maintained and clean and it's easily accessible from the highway. I can only imagine how amazing it is if the river were flowing. A definite stop along the highway.

We had a nice relaxing time here. This place is a gem right off the river! The check in was super easy and the manager was very friendly and helpful! I am so glad they allowed us to stay in our rig. We are truck drivers and drive a straight truck with a custom sleep (just like an RV). It was a much needed tiny break from all the crazy that's going on right now! The manager told us about the Smokehouse bar & grill and said it was really good and suggested we give it a try! So we did and we're not disappointed. The grounds were kept beautifully Bathrooms were alittle small but clean and we'll kept! We would definitely recommend this place it's so affordable and did I say right off the river??? LOL

We stayed there for 4 nights and even wanted to extend but they were full.I understand that it's not easy to get them on the phone sometimes but keep trying , it's worth it!!!We started up as 3 Familes going there and end up being 7 Familes for the long weekend and we had best time with memories that will last for years.Through out the day the kids enjoyed the beach area down the river and the jet ski rides (highly recommend to bring one!) And during the night we , the adults, enjoyed the ring fire and the quiet to gather all and have fun.We had many kids with us and we felt it's super safe to go around with bikes there, most of the people our super Frind Friendly and driving slow.We should definitely be back there next year!
