Kim's Flowers & Gifts

Honestly, Kim's wasn't my first option but after I called all my usual florist which were all closed for New Year's Eve I found Kim's on Google and thankfully they were open! Not only did I call on a holiday but I was also so last minute because I needed a funeral spray delivered in the morning on January 2nd! I wish I would have taken a picture of the beautiful white & blue standing spray she made for ONLY $175!!!! Everywhere else in Bakersfield is definitely over $200. There are more pictures on Google that showcase her beautiful sprays please give her a try. I will be a repeat customer for the quality & price!!!

I needed an arrangement quickly. She was able to accommodate me and at a cost that was within my budget. The arrangement was perfect. Thank you for your customer service.

Worst florist ever , will never use them again !! Total cost was 205.00 . I was embarrassed to say those were from me !! You could see pencil marks on cross in center , be careful when ordering from them

This is a tiny spot hidden in Oildale. Reason I went here, it was closer to the hospitals and cheaper than the hospital and possibly more options. They have fresh flowers and balloons. If your looking for flowers, this an option, and the owners are also very kind and nice.

I cannot speak to ordering flowers from Kim's Flower & Gift Shop, but only to receiving a bouquet made by them. An out of town relative sent flowers after the passing of my mother. It's a miracle the flowers made it to me at all. The name on the order was incorrect, our address was incorrect and our phone number was incorrect. I am not sure if all of that inaccuracy lies with Kim's Flower and Gift Shop, or with my out-of-town relative, or somewhere in between. The arrangement it's self was small and just not as lovely as many I have seen from other florists in town.

Made a beautiful bouquet for my daughter after her band performance. Miss Kim pays attention to detail and demonstrated care about my daughter's gift. She the bouquet while we waited and made sure it was full and lovely.

I would truly give a zero if it was possible! I ordered flowers for our niece who had surgery from Kim's flowers at the beginning of March. I have given this long consideration before writing this review. We received a text from my nieces' mom that flowers had been delivered, however there wasn't a card stating who they were from. She sent a photo of the flowers that our niece received, they were nothing like we ordered, (we understand that the flowers may be substituted, however they should have at least look somewhat like we ordered.) We had even upgraded the order. The flowers that our niece received were not what we had paid for. Not even close. We weren't even sure they were our order as they were from another flower shop. The other flower shop, All My Love Fresh Flowers. Why would they have another florist take care of my order without informing me? The receipt I received was from Kim's Florist. My sister-in-law said they had called her first to let them know that they tried to deliver but no one was home. She told them that was not possible as they were home and expecting the delivery. They said they would try delivering again. She said when the driver got out of their vehicle, they were putting flowers into the vase. I called Kim's Florist several times. I reached a voice mail that they were busy and left messages. I never received a return call. Honestly to not return call or to let someone know that they were not filling the order that I placed with them was very upsetting. I would not ever recommend them or the other florist All My Love Fresh Flowers. I was very disappointed in the flowers my niece received.

I am on the other side of the country and they took care of my order and request as if I had walked into their shop. Sent me a photo of the flowers delivered. I wish I could post the beautiful purple flower arrangegement -- made my day--but my phone 'bricked'. Best service-I will most certainly be calling on your shop again.

My husband ordered a bouquet for our anniversary and it is beautiful! The gentlemen that delivered the flowers was very kind and went as far as congratulating us. Thank you Kim's Flower & Gift shop for your outstanding service!
