Killer Poke

Fast and friendly service! Easy to order with TONS of fresh and delicious options. I went on a weekday just shortly after opening and was able to get in and out quickly with no wait. I did take my lunch to-go but they do have indoor and outdoor dining to choose from. I ordered my bowl with Salmon, tuna, and shrimp the ingredients were so fresh and delicious, lots of great flavors! I highly recommend you grab a bowl of poke if you're downtown, you won't be disappointed!! I will be back again.

Always fresh. So good on a hot day! This time I tried the pickled onions, didn't notice a flavor punch unfortunately. I am trying their brownie today for dessert. Fresh cilantro always delivers a flavor punch and I always finish my bowl with more sauce and crunchy toppings. My bowl contained:White riceSpicy tunaSeaweed saladExtra scoops of crab saladCilantroMangoPineappleGreen onionsSauces- spicy Mayo, eel sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oilCrunchy toppings- sesame seeds, garlic, onions, and tempura flakesPlus, if you get a bowl they do not limit the toppings you can add. The cup size, which is great for a light lunch or snack includes 5 toppings. Today, they had brownies. The brownie was so delicious. The top was cracked and the edge was crunchy! It was gooey and moist and chocolatey as a brownie should be. It tasted to me like it had brown sugar or brown buttered and maybe a hint of caramel. The best part is it was $1.50. By the way, their coconut cake is delicious too. Come check these guys out, you will not be disappointed! Enjoy!

Just moved from the bay and was worried about finding a quality poke place to become my new go-to. I absolutely love killer poke- fish and toppings are all fresh, and the staff and very kind and welcoming. Each time that I have gone, I have had a wonderful experience!

This is one of my absolute favorite places to eat in town and the best Poke. I loved coming here before bariatric surgery and it's one of the few things I can still continue to eat since it's packed with protein. The cup is absolutely gigantic and over flowing if you add a base and more toppings - it's a steal at $10. The inside is clean and tidy. The staff is very wonderful, kind, friendly and very appreciative to have the business.

Zero expectation met with one of the rarest find in the valley, heck it literally stands even or better than some of the best poke places in LA. I had a chance to speak to the the family member of the owners and he's explained how they keep things in the family therefore ensuring quality and service we could find with only those that care. Nice quaint ambience with surfboards on display, even though there's no ocean for couple of hours away lol , I was just going with it, AC pumping some fresh cold beeeze, it was a perfect environment to try my new find on a scorching warm day. The bowl comes w 3 choices of. Protein, I went w ahi tuna, salmon and spicy tuna all sushi, and sauce oif his recommendation which was perfect, all kinds of toppings including masago. One adjective that I thought of was freshness, everything on the island looked clean and fresh, the guys were doing a fantastic job. As far as taste, gotta tell ya, you don't need to go over Gorman to find excellent poke bowl, it's right here in gold old Bakersfield fellas. Come and try , you'd be pleasantly surprised, really.

This place was an amazing find! After moving to Bakersfield, it was hard to find a good poke place, but now I don't need to look any further than here! Food was delicious, fish was fresh, toppings were on point and most importantly (for me) does not skimp on sauce. Also, the guys working here were great as well, very welcoming and super efficient.

Lived in LA all my life, had been trying to find a good sushi or poke spot now that I reside in the Central Valley. Killer Pome is truly KILLER! It was amazingly fresh and delicious. Even the fresh ginger strips tasted sweet. Usually wherever I go it's slightly bitter but even the house sauce (forgive me if I don't remember the name) is spicy and sweet but a good spicy! Honestly my family and I found our new favorite spot. We will definitely be back!

Killer poke was nothing short of excellent. The food was fresh and the quality was top tier. The service was on point and the ambiance was great! I will be returning.
