I would give them a -5 I dropped off an Echo Backpack Blower and made it clear that it ran great when asked about how long I left the gas in I told him again it runs great until I lose Spark please check the spark and that was all I wanted they called me almost two weeks later telling me that my estimate for repairs was $490 WTF I said nevermind I'll pick it up when I arrived my blower was handed back to me with the carburetor in a bag completely disassembled and when I asked what that has to do with spark he came up with all kinds of other reasons that have nothing to do with spark ignition I know I'm not a regular in there but will absolutely never take anything in there again nor would I ever recommend them

While this company was recommended by Kawasaki to repair our mower engine, our experience was not good. We called, told which mower we had & were having an engine problem, either to be fixed or replaced. They told us to bring it in; the cost to estimate repairs would be $40. We brought it in the next day (a 100 mile round trip), and now they said the estimate would be $100 which we paid. The following week since we had not heard anything, we called, and they said parts were ordered. We questioned them as to how they ordered parts when they had yet to give us an estimate. Not comfortable with that we said we would pick the unit up the next day, & if necessary we would pay for the parts which had yet to arrive. They then charged us another $100 to take the unit back. No parts were included in that additional $100. So, bottom line, we had to paid $200 for no work, except diagnosis.

Worst place for customer service. They kept my tiller almost 2 months. no one ever called me to approve the repair after calling for almost a month they called me that it was ready and the charge was over $300 more than what I pay for the tiller when it was brand new. And I was told that #Warranty did not cover.

I would recommend Keen River Power Equipment I showed up asking about my lawnmower (I had it in the back of my truck) I thought the blade needed sharpen, the guy said how about getting a new blade installed, the price was right and they installed it right then their and it needed a new air filter great price they installed it right then. Wow the guys were so nice and polite I will go back there again, thank you so much.

needed to have my edger repaired said need deposit of 25.00 ok told them to repair 3 days later they returned everything including the parts didnt repair anything and kept the 25.00 I still have a broken edger.

Took my lawn mower to get the blades sharpen, asked for the service cost and the young gentleman quoted me $100, on my my way out asked how long it will take to have the lawn mower ready and was told a week and a half woooow! I thought they may be busy no big deal. A day later someone leaves a voice mail saying lawn mower is ready, went to pick it up and i was charge $50.00 more than what they quoted me, when asked what change then gentlemen said, let me see what else they did to the lawn mower. Never received a phone call to approve the extra repair cost, the front desk person didn't even try to apologize or adjust price, paid my invoice and went my way. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS DISHONEST PLACE AGAIN, TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A REPUTABLE PLACE.

I drove 45 miles from Frazier Park and dropped off 2 chainsaws for minor repair. They accepted the saws, wrote up work orders and said they would look at them the following day. The next morning a man from the place called and said they needed $40.00 a piece before they could work on them. I told him that I would pay him when I picked up the saws but he said it was company policy and I would need to come back and pay first. Considering the miles involved and the fact that they never mentioned a deposit I had the saws retrieved and taken to a more reasonable shop. Big waste of time and gas.
