Appointments mean nothing.Stopped by and made an appointment for the next morning at 8:05 and did the paperwork. Got there 15min before my appointment and was told I had to wait in the line again and that took 30min to get through the line, then waited another 20min before being called back for my X-ray. I am supposed to get a CD of my x-ray and was told i have to back through the same line that ran out the door. The people are very nice but the whole process is ran very inefficient.

They scheduled me for a CT scan at this location. First time here, it's very busy. Person checking in was no nonsense, no warm fuzzies. Girl who brought me back to where I will be getting the CT was very nice, as was the tech giving me the scan. I liked that I didn't have to wait long and the CT was maybe 5 minutes and I was out of there.

when my doctor scheduled an mri at kern radiology i was contacted by radnet. so they want it all kinds of information that we all know that they require i gave that to them.then they send me a link via messenger asking for the same information!! (i don't know what's going on over there but they need to get there you know what together).and last but not least is the local office for kern radiology whichever one it may be will call and ask for the same information over the phone so i've given it to him like two times already and this is the third time!the people at kern radiology are extremely good and professional. it's management's job to clear this error up or i'm going to start going somewhere else.because every person i've talked to a current radiology in the office and i've been to several offices they've all been courteous and professional so the people are not the problem.management what's radnet calls and i give them the information that should be done right there and over with they don't need to be calling me two times again!talk about confusion oh my ..... .l

I arrived for my appointment (2:50pm) at 2:35pm 15 minutes early and 5 minutes early for their required arrival of 10 minutes early. I was the only one waiting in line. All three girls said at different times someone will be right with you. I waited 7 minutes before getting called up to the desk. Got to the desk gave the usual required ID and insurance card. Girl looks up that I am to have a bone density X-ray I confirm. So Now it's about 2:45pm I'm thinking to myself cool, I'll be in on time and out the door by 3. Well the girl then says you're not approved yet I have to call the doctor's office to get an approval. Now ai am totally confused because the radiology department called me to make the appointment 10 times over 12 days, I received 12 emails and 12 texts to make my appointment. So that's 36 reminders which was a headache in itself. Now I'm confused even more. She says I have to wait for the approval and I said to her if it's not approved in five minutes I'm leaving because you should NEVER send 36 reminders to make an appointment only to have a patient show up and then have to wait longer for an approval which should have been done before all those ridiculous reminders were sent to me. Now I'm late for my appointment. At 3:01 it gets approved and I said I better be in the room for my X-ray in five minutes because I'm not coming back. I was here 5 minutes early before your requested arrival of 10 minutes early. I was in at 3:06 and done at 3:16. So ten minutes for the X-ray and I give the technician 5 stars. This company needs to do things differently absolutely ridiculous. My next imaging is with a different company let's hope it's more professional and on the ball with check in.

I was a walk in xray patient. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Front desk ladies were professional and moved use along quickly through the check in process. The gentleman that did my xray was professional. Overall a pleasant experience under the circumstances.

Last August they diagnosed my breast cancer. Before I had surgery I needed a CT of my breast to check placement of tumor. The male tech could not find a female tech to help with placement of my breast in device so he explained to me what to do and left room. Before he left I told him I was not comfortable with this. He said you got it.A week ago a chest X-ray showed a mass in my right lung. So a chest CT was done on Tuesday of last week. Today Monday still not read. I was told I can come get a disc of test. What good does that do me? I hate this place!!!

(10.12.22)Staff is completely rude & has no customer service at all!Mind you the reason for the visit to begin with wasn't for anything exciting obviously .I brought my daughter for an ultrasound to make sure that she does not have a kidney infection ,stones, tumor etc. So as a mother I already feel on edge Well when I arrive to Kern Radiology the check in lady that I did not get to catch her name unfortunately she was the only one that had on "pink scrubs" she asked who would be watching my other daughter that is 10 years old while I'm inside the ultrasound room with my eight year old daughter because they would not be responsible for my daughter she stated (as if she was a 2 year old)I answered to the check in lady if my daughter is unable to come into the ultrasound room then she can sit in the lobby she's old enough to sit down & that she would be fine & I told her no one told me this policy when I scheduled the visit just last-night (10.11.22) she asked if anyone could come & pick her up .I told her no that her dad is at work an I had no one else to pick her up and I had just picked them both up from school across town to drive way over here because this was the only location to see my daughter the quickest !The check in lady then just gave me a form and said they would call us back shortlyMind you I have no problem following policies & procedures but have I known this I would of planned accordingly & again all they told me when I scheduled was to make sure that my 8 year old daughter drank 2 bottles of water 1 hour prior to her appointmentwell they eventually called my daughter & myself to the back so I told my 10 year old we would be right back again she was fine she was sitting there on her iPad.Well that same check in lady went to the back as we were sitting in the back & told me so rudely with an ugly attitude " I told you we aren't responsible for your daughter " I told her she's fine no one can come & pick up her up"So yes long story short she was very rude & made my daughters feel unsafe.I will make sure to never have any of my appointments scheduled there for myself or my children & I recommend that they would be sure when scheduling appointments to make sure to mention that you can not bring your kids even if you think they are old enough to sit by themselves.
