Kern Medical Supply

My experience with Kern Medical Supply surpassed my expectations. They have gone above and beyond for my husband and I. I do not have an ill word to speak of about them. They listened to our needs and worked with my husbands Drs and insurance to make sure he had the wheelchair and lift we needed to keep his independence and safety first. Our ordering experience with Karen gave me hope that I had lost to honor my husbands wishes to keep him home as he sadly declines. Sean was punctual on his delivery time. He wasn't rushed and explained everything to us as simply as he could for two old people to figure it out. Sean is so knowledgeable and patient. He made us feel like family like he was taking care of one of his own. Thank you Kern Medical Supply for giving my husband his first smile in months by restoring his independence with his new chair. We couldn't be more pleased with a company and will always recommend this Bakersfield Gem to anyone in need.

Really terrible company even if I can cancel they bring wheelchair to us and make us keep it as if we are storage company..they charge credit card and insurance for adult wheelchair and size bring to us child wheelchair .. I called 2 days with insurance in same linea and still not pick up i going add video when Kern medical supply decide pick up I feel bad seniors or young people out therapy has to used these service not take consideration of people and lies drs ask small wheelchair instead for adult size

Was great and prompt. Answered all my questions and recieved my breads pump very quickly. Very happy girl.

First of all, they are on the outskirts of town. Which I totally didn't mind.....however no where on the website did they tell you they take between 12-1 off. Which happens to be MY lunch hour. Then I wait till 1.....crickets! No one shows up. 115 pm still no one. I call the emergency line. She says that "they're in a lunch meeting". It's currently 1:25 and STILL no one. Picking up this wheel chair is a favor. But do YOURSELF a favor, buy somewhere else! And the only reason I gave them the one star is because the trees in the parking lot were nice and shaded!

Horrible customer service. Don't use this company!! Problems from delivery to pick up. Not willing to make their mistakes right.

Thank you to Tracy, her husband and her team for being able to accommodate my son with his pediatric walker to the correct height. I was fighting with his doctor, insurance and other medical supply companies to get my son a walker for his physical therapy on recent hip surgery he had. Well let me tell you that went above and beyond for my son and we were able to get walker fabricated to his height. I highly recommend Kern Medical Supply. I will be using them more often if I need any medical supply needs for my son.

The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get what I was needing in a timely matter.
