Kern Ice & Cold Storage

Really, really rude people work here. And they just don't respond in any normal time frame. They give mixed information when you finally get ahold of them. Prices are outrageous. Accommodations subpar. But frankly it's the staff that's the kicker. Some of the most rude, entitled, unpleasant humans I've come across in the business.

Just started storage services with Kern Ice and we can't say enough about how helpful they have been. Mike has been upfront and gone out of his way to accommodate us. Everyone in the yard area introduced themselves and offer to help in any way they could. Jack even gave us a quick run down on the facility and the history it has. Thank you Kern Ice!
