Mike and company are very professional, they did a great job replacing our roof. His employees worked diligently and they left my home nice a clean with no trash anywhere. They worked directly with my home insurance and they were able to all my roof to be covered by the insurance. They took a stressful process off my plate and handled it without me being involved. When an insurance company try to low ball the replacement cost, don't fall for it, please call Kern Roofing before you accept any money from them.

FAST, EFFICIENT, CLEAN AND EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE!!!I called Kern Co. Roofing for an estimate on a roof I have been having issues with for a few years. I thought the original job was inadequate. Mike did not criticize the quality of the original roof job, but took the time to explain that all tile roofs require frequent upkeep (I thought tile roofs were good for 50+ yrs with no upkeep).Long story short they repaired my roof for far less money that I expected. They started and finished the work much sooner than originally estimated and the job was left clean and free of debris. I know I have to wait until it rains again to fully test the outcome, but for now I am much relieved and have no doubt that if there are future issues, Kern Co. Roofing will stand behind their work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Poor office staff. They sent the estimate to my email but transposed letters in 'Hotmail' so I didn't receive it until after I called To find out where it was. Their 'office manager' never did fix it and my final billing still has the wrong email. I finally had to have them fax it. As this is a rental and I live out of town, I'm used to getting a call from the trades when work is done. This company doesn't do that. They just send you a bill. I called the renter to make sure the work had been done. I won't know how their work is until the next big rain...I hope that is better than their office staff's clerical mishaps and technicians non-communication skills. Not a good experience!

I have used Kern Roofing twice now. Once for a repair on a rental and then a new roof. Michael was friendly, responsive and handled everything professionally. Roof turned out great!I also worked with Michelle Monclova. She was also easy to work with. I had a great experience and will continue to use Kern Roofing for future issues.

They did a great job on my roof. It was an extensive repair. The price did fluctuate a bit more than I expected but I was happy with the work. Replaced my skylights and I love them. Mike was very respectful and direct. They did work through the weekend and I didn't expect a 6am wake up call on Saturday. So keep in mind to state your schedule preferences when they start your job.

Such an awesome, home roots company!! The owner Michael comes out for the quote, which is a nice touch considering most companies these days are ran by someone faceless who doesn't actually care about you. Michael is honest and fair!! He doesn't overbid or charge for every little thing along the way. I will definitely recommend kern county roofing in the future! Very pleased with my entire experience.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! Heavy rains in Bakersfield, caused a leak starting in the fireplace to a skylight. KCR came to our rescue! We had an inspection, proposal and the job done right away. I highly recommend this company. Very trustworthy! Big bonus, they leave the job site better than before they came.

I got my roof re-done 2 years and the service was great. Everything went smoothly and fast within a week I had a new roof. I did go thru my home insurance and they were able to help me with calling my home insurance to make sure everything was right on both side. If anything ever needs to be fix my my roof I know I can call them and they will get it done.
