I was not too impressed with this place, I walked in the building and they took my temperature and made sure I was wearing a mask. Long story short I lost my I'd and need to get it replaced since they stole my wallet and purse. I made sure I called before I drove half across town. I spoke to a young lady on the phone her name was Yesenia I believe and said dont worry just come in and we will take care of you. Once I walked in that office I was never greeted no one turned around to acknowledge the people that walked in. I dont know if they have a system on how they work or how they treat people. I came up to the window and was approached by a young man dont know his name since he never mentioned it. I told him why I had came in and he already had a attitude and was short and very rude. I mentioned to him I had just called and spoke to a young lady. He said she doesnt know our policy changed but instead of saying I'm sorry for the wrong information given. I then asked him since I dont have a I'd on me can I still purchase a non certified copy, he said oh yes you can. Why get all worked up? If you dont like your job why are your their? I waited a out 30 minutes and 5 other people had been helped after I will still waiting. I had to ask if their was someone else their that can help me. Since everyone after me was walking in and out with no problems. I think people need to be trained on customer service. I did not feel welcomed here at all.

This was honestly the worst experience my appointment was at 9:15 didn't get called back till about 10 was put in a room and sat there for over and hour without seeing a dr. Until I finally asked someone how much longer then they said they were on their way didn't get out of there till 12:15 3 hours is way to long they must definitely be understaffed

I called to get confirmation my tb blood test results were ready to be picked up and asked where should I pick up. The lady advised at the clinic check in. I go at 11:45 to pick the paper up and the lady was on lunch who has access to the data base to print the info. So basically the lady covering the counter served no purpose. I had to stay on the east side of town and kill time and eat lunch and come back in an hour !!!!! I'm glad I don't have to come to this place for very often

Walked in at 8 AM. They don't open doors any earlier. Stopped by security to get badge to go to Vital Records to get birth certificate for my child. Sat down and a minute later called my number and gave the lady my ID and payment for birth certificate. Guess birth certificate are not mailed to your home anymore. Just waiting for few minutes to get the birth certificate and afterwards I'm done.

I was going to travel out of country to Brazil and needed vaccines. I did not have an appointment but I was helped but the charge nurse named Angie who was very professional and nice. She educated me on what I needed and let me be seen without an appointment. Prices were reasonable. Service was excellent.

Be prepared, you'll find a rude person at the front desk, specially if you don't speak English. I think that lady forgot her origins.

These people have taken my blood on several occasions! They take it efficiently and without much discomfort, they could be nicer on the phone, after all I am leaving my genetic material with them.

We've felt honored to be a part of the pilot program for "Waste Hunger Not Food" at Kern County Public Health Services. The staff has been professional, friendly and flexible in arranging pick-up times for our donations. The drivers are some of the nicest, most dedicated workers you will ever meet. As long time Kern County business owners (Subway Sandwiches at Coffee and Stockdale Hwy) we want to encourage other food handlers, restaurants, grocery stores and franchises to look for any food products in their operation that might be donated instead of tossed! You guys need to handle your rudeass employees.Me & my mom went to pick up train tickets for my daughters appointment in Madera & a lady walked passed my mom several times,my mom wasn't wearing a mask because she has really bad asthma & can't breathe if she was 1 for too long but this employee walked passed her several times & didn't say anything then finally says something & gets very rude & my mom explained why she wasn't wearing 1.The lady walked away & didn't say anything then came back with a guy & both her & the guy continued to have an attitude towards my mom.The lady claimed she was in charge @ the time & there was no one else higher up above her there to speak to then walked away.When she passed me & my mom again right before we were leaving my mom asked for her name & she mumbled it to where we can barely hear.I understand the policy & rules about the masks & my mom was not trying to go against regulations but there was no reason for this employee to act like that especially since there was another employee not wearing a mask but you're trying to enforce it for people who walk in.ive has several other issues with employees being rude to me too & one employee giving personal information to her husband who was my ex & nothing was done.
