Front desk staff need retraining on organization and people skills. You can tell most of the ladies who work up front were raised on the eastside.

The male receptionist lied to me about my appointment. I arrived 7 minutes before my appointment time only to find out the tech "had an emergency" and they need to reschedule. He lied and said he had called me three times and it went to voicemail. Looking at my phone, it showed ONE missed call and voicemail FOUR MINUTES before my arrival. I understand emergencies and sometimes the need to reschedule but NEVER WILL I UNDERSTAND THE NEED TO LIE TO A PATIENT!!!!!Having worked in medicine for 30 years I can honestly say.....DO NOT LIE TO YOUR PATIENTS!!!! EVER!!! I've cancelled my appointment because after waiting for 6 weeks for this appointment, they couldn't get me another early morning appointment for another 3 weeks.

Please read all the reviews before going to this neurological center. I did not and I regret that I did not read. I agree with all of the negative reviews. This is the type of center that will allow you or your loved one to die. I truly believe they are only here to get the money and have no concern for the patients. When my son, a Multiple Sclerosis patient told Dr. Lin his symptoms, Dr. Lin replied they were not associated with MS, however after consulting with another neurologist, we were told they were ABSOLUTELY associated with MS, and had Dr. Lin taken them seriously, my son could have started on medication (i.e. steroids) to prevent further damage. It is very sad that Bakersfield either has so few neurologists that are familiar with Multiple Sclerosis, or has so few that advertise the fact.

I came here as a patient today and the office was so dirty, the doctor was elderly I'm talking probably late 70s he was nice but never called in my medicine. I had a hard time understanding him but that was not the issue the issue is they have one girl working the desk and me and another patient waited 15 minuets while she was on the phone..Won't recommend

It's rare to find a doctor that takes the time to listen to all your questions and concerns and doesn't rush you out the door. She was able to identify and resolve our question and issues with my family members seizure problem with my first visit. I highly recommend, yes I would recommend her. The latest visit is the virtual one because of the pandemic. Dr Ravi has covered all concerns & questions thoroughly. Thank you dr.

I was referred here by by insurance company. Wow was I surprise at how DIRTY and UNPROFFESSIONAL this medical group is.First I was informed that I did not suffer from migraines, that in fact it was because I "was an old lady and I should get use to it" But then was given apointment to see Dr. Linn BIG MISTAKE.At the appoint with Dr. Linn he said Nothing to me. He just began the Botox injections. Within 6 hours my eyebrow and eyelid began to droopand has never returned to it proper place. It looks as if I have had a stroke.This is all about the money not patient care

Dr.Sameh S. Labib MDShould not be practicing medicine, nor dealing with patients. He hurts his patients and has no compassion, he is rude and if you're a woman you'll be treated like a second class citizen with no absolute regard. He is forceful, and aggressive. I left there in tears as if I had been manhandled.

Incompetent, embarrassing and untrustworthy front staff. Drove two hours from LA for an appointment that was confirmed by at least two staff members, wasted an entire day to drive up there to be told the doctor isn't even working that day. Complete waste of time, supremely unhelpful and confused front desk. Sent me back 2 hours home without seeing anyone. These reviews are appropriate descriptions of the service you receive, terrible management, terrible front desk staff.

I called to make an appointment after my doctor referred me. Unfortunately I could not get passed their secretaries who had a very, very difficult time spelling my name Joe. I repeated the spelling of my first and last name five times to several staff persons, none of whom could locate my referral despite providing them with the referral number. This review is for the office staff not the physicians. The persons working here are either phenomenally overworked, exceedingly incompetent and/or just plain old lazy. Be advised that when you phone, you could be left on hold for two hours and then, when it's quitting time, you call is disconnected and they just leave and go home. The neurologist recommended home health care and it took two weeks and another in person visit to get this accomplished. In June 22 of this year, the doctor recommended outpatient physical therapy. Two months later still no PT. We finally gave up and we now have a new neurologist. The office manager, if there even is one, has no skills for running an office. Stay away unless you enjoy being ignored and having to make requested requests for service. This office is a train wreck.
