Just Wing it

This was my first time eating at this location. The food was amazing. I ordered wings and tots. They have the best tots. I ordered the traditional wings and they are always big. I love that they don't use frozen wings. Always fresh. I was able to order my special blend of sauces with no problem. I even asked if I could order a third sauce. I said I'd pay extra and the waitress said to not even worry about it. I've been to other locations and I always had an issue with the service. The service here was amazing. The gal checked on me multiple times. I started to run low on my soda and she refilled it without me having to wait. For sure this is spot I'll go back to for wings. (Just FYI: in the pic there is a bite missing from that wing on the right. That was me. I couldn't wait!! It didn't come like that!!)

First visit to this Just Wing It was fine. Good enough experience that I would return someday. My friend and I were not planning to dine here, but it turned out that way. This location is located at the Valley Plaza, and it wasn't very busy that Sunday afternoon. The other places we went to first were all going to take awhile so Just Wing It to the rescue.The atmosphere was fine. Not too loud despite all the games playing on the televisions. How were the wings? My friend said they were tasty. I, on the other hand, did not have wings. I was craving potato skins. Thankfully they had them, and they were good. I'll have to try their wings another time.

Walked in and wasn't even greeted for a seat, I said hello and didn't get a response back. Not sure why.

Came here for the ufc fight last weekend. Thought I would try something different so I tried the chicken ceaser salad and my buddy had 10 flats with sweet haberno.the wings did taste better than last time but the chicken ceaser was horrible.the lettuce was brown and the chicken was undercooked. The only good thing was Kristin are server was great.whoever owns this place needs to find some new cooks.please clean the restroom up

Really disappointing. We heard this place was good so we wanted to give it a try. We ordered a 20 piece wings and got all drums which was really annoying out of all of the pieces. The excuse was that's all that comes in their bags when they were delivered. The drinks were horrible too. Just way too sweet. We probably will not return here. Giving one star because the waiter was okay.

Service was weak, stood at the entrance for 15 min before anybody came and helped a young African american brotha out . Then proceeded to wait another 20 min before anybody asked if i wanted a drink at the table. A story of a young handsome black man in america smh...

Came out with some family and friends tonight for the World Series game. 10/29/24 at 6ish. Cleeo is her name I think Just want to say normally the service is okay but tonight is a busy night and we understand it however, the young chick working the back dining area near the windows was quite possibly the SADDEST excuse of a server. I mean did you guys hire her for her good looks? Because that's about all she was serving BESIDES the incredibly horrible attitude and smart remarks. She came to our table and instead of greeting she straight up started with "What do you guys want to drink" rudely. Our friends even warned us about her when we got here. We asked for sides of ketchup and she rolled her eyes and said "we are only giving tables little sides of it do you want that" Yes sweetheart that's what I asked for. Just a terrible attitude and if you read this miss, do better, you're here to work and make tips and best believe that the pretty eyelashes and make up don't MAKE UP for that stank attitude when Serving paying customers. I guarantee you this table left you no tip at all. I can also see everyone else she was serving in our section have the same reaction to her poor and ridiculous service. Do better. I know the owner of this business woild not appreciate such bad service to his customers. The beers took upwards of 20 minutes to come out. Which is inexcusable. Food took longer which makes sense on such a busy night. The waters we were served were pretty gross in dirty cups. Please train your staff better we love coming to this establishment don't lose business over someone who hates their job. I recommend Amazon for this girl if she doesn't like it here.

Went here at the valley plaza location just before a movie for taco Tuesday and drink specials which drinks were nice and chilly but the tacos were cold. I let the bartender know because the server wasn't around he grabbed the plates and said well the plates are warm I then told him touch it it's cold so he was taking it back which we should of just cancelled the tacos because the server brought them back out a minute later. I should have known better to just get drinks because every-time I go for wings they take at least an hour for our food to come out. The service is always bad they don't like to help I have to always ask for someone and it's like they get mad when they have to take our order. Ima give one star for the $4 cold beer.

The service is FABULOUS! KRISTEN AND STEPHANIE are the best server and bartender in the joint. Kristen kept our whole party (30+) they both did phenomenal. I've have Kristen twice and a server and she makes sure everyone is welcome and I've never had to ask for any of my items. Kristen has also come in on her day off when we have requested for her. We love Kristen so much and only to I. Hope she's working. If you have a large group or small group to host as a 21+ group it's a great spot. Love love love
