-Promptly showed up approximately 10 minutes before appointment time to generate a quote based on what needed to be hauled away.-Reasonably priced rate for the amount of junk I had.-Quick service with attention to detail of what needed to be removed.-Paid for services via credit card-to-phone transaction.

Horrible and dishonest service. On 10/28/23 Junk King arrived at my residence. Issac gave me a quote of $320.00. Within a couple of hours, it was apparent that the remainder of junk was not going to fit in his truck. I was told by both employees that they would come by Monday morning to pick up the remaining junk/items. I arrived at my residence at 4 pm and was shocked that after giving me their word , nothing had been done. I contacted the owner, and it was obvious that he was running a shady business. He was not interested in making it right! This business is based out of Fresno. Save yourself a headache, and don't do business with this company ever! Jackasses!

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a tight schedule and they worked with me to get what I needed done. The price was fair and they were quick. Thanks, guys!

We ordered a 12 yard well in advance and were charged in advance. We relied on their commitment and when they failed to show between 8 and 10 am as promised we called. Each couple hours we were told they were on their way. Almost 2 hours from the last promised time we called and were told some one should have called us because the Bakersfield office has closed down and is no longer in business!

Woke up this morning and started cleaning up the garage and back yard. Was having trouble moving a bulky home gym I had in the back yard. I used up my free bulky item removal from the city so I did some googling and came across Junk King. Gave then a call and spoke with Cindy the dispatcher which was great. She called me back within 5 minutes and was able to get a team to assist before noon. The 2-man crew were both friendly, approachable. They gave a quick estimate and finished within the hour. The price was was in my budget compared to others I've used in the past. I recommend this company for day of service.

Pre booked a few days in advance for a Friday morning drop off only for them to say the truck broke down that afternoon and they had to cancel.

Appointment made for 1-3 pm on 10-13-23. Got a call that day ( a few hours before) that they were too busy and would need to reschedule for Monday (10/16) from 10-12. So I expected them then. At 1:30, I called Junk King and was told they would get a hold of the drivers and I should expect a call in 5 minutes. An hour later, I called again and reported I still have had no one call and I need to know if they are coming?? Now I'm told that a manager has been made aware and that he will be calling me very soon. This person (Rebecca??) can't tell me if anyone has heard from the driver or what's happening?? She is willing to cancel the appointment and reschedule though. Two hours go by and it's now nearly 6:30 pm. I called one more time. I still couldn't find out anything about my appointment.At 7 pm, a guy named AJ called and said something about the Bakersfield office not being responsive today?? He promised to call tomorrow with an update. Today is Thursday, three days later and I still have not heard a word about anything. BUT, I did hire 1-800-GOT-JUNK AND THEY ARE FABULOUS!!!! I had them here today and they did a fine job. Their communication was top notch and their attention to detail above reproach. They even swept up my entire garage after the job was done. Sorry Junk King , you are the loser here. I have found my junk removal service and I will be spreading the word that, that is 1-800-GOT-JUNK!!
