My boyfriend decided to order a flower bouquet for Valentine's Day this year as a surprise. Upon receiving the bouquet, I was a bit disappointed to see some of the roses already wilting. The additional flowers were not the same color as advertised in the photo from the website. The gray fuzzy leaves were droopy and on top of that, the arrangement was not done very well. All these little missed details do not total up to $90.00. One week of having them and the flowers are not looking very good. My previous bouquets lasted longer. The card was formatted very badly. Keep in mind he ordered a week in advance, so I would have expected more effort. As I said previously, these details do matter and go a long way to making a girl's Valentine's Day flowers more beautiful. Don't get me wrong, it was still pretty, but unfortunately it wasn't the best job they could have done. A tip for Juli, please pick better quality flowers & make the arrangement more balanced. Both my boyfriend and I suggest finding someplace else to purchase flowers from.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers from Conroys for Mother's Day and when I arrived they looked nothing like the picture. I was told by staff the flowers will "open up in a few days", well tomorrow is Mother's Day and I need my bouquet to be full and open. Julis Flower Shop made me a bouquet today AND had it ready within 5 hours. They did a Fabulous job and now my go to shop for all flowers. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism.

I went to this flower shop based on google reviews. I was extremely disappointed when I got horrible service and left with an arrangement I was not happy with at all. I went in asking for a box of roses and the lady that helped me seemed really nice. I asked for pink and purple roses thinking it would look really cute she even said she would outline with one color and fill In with another. I patiently wait and when it's brought up to me half of the heart is purple and half is like a pale white or light brown that was supposed to be pink. They were all old so I asked for a color change to red. The girl makes a face and goes to ask the lady in the back. I hear her talk rudely in Spanish saying that I should've said that since the beginning. So they make it. I kindly ask the girl if she can layout the colors how they had originally told me they would've. She's annoyed and says it'll take 15-20 min because I should've said something earlier. Mind you I had heard the other lady in the back rudely say that As well in Spanish. So I point out the ugly dead purple roses and tell her that I'm not at all satisfied and she proceeds to add a charge for the color swap. I paid 75$ for an arrangement that I hated! They knew and didn't care. I only took it cuz I didn't want to be rude and leave it. I don't recommend this place to anyone! Maybe all the good reviews are from online orders and not dealing with the horrible customer service in person.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to the funeral home the day before the funeral. Next morning when I saw them 3 out of the 4 white roses had stems broken and flower folded over. I called and person said she would have manager call me. Never received call. I was from out of town so was not able to follow up with everything going on. Now I have an email saying I have a credit for $15.00 towards another flower order and to use it before it expires. I rarely order flowers so that was useless. Couldn't upload photos since the app said images are too big.

Just received a Mother's Day arrangement from Juli's and totally love it. The orchids, bamboo, and other flowers are fresh and gorgeous. This was a joyful surprise and made the Mother's Day weekend fabulous!

I love Juli's Flowers! I live in the LA area and have a lot of family in Bakersfield, when my cousin had a baby and when my other cousin received her Masters Degree I ordered both flowers from Juli's and was helped by Elvia, both arrangements were stunning, gorgeous, well priced and best of all Elvia's service felt so personal. She was so patient, professional and kind. I could truly feel she went the extra mile to make the bouquet special, made me feel like she truly understood what I wanted and made the entire transaction seamless. I needed flowers same morning. Looked for florists that might be able to do this for me and walked into Julis. It is a smallish shop with a very pleasant gentleman who looked in the case with me and wrote down exactly the colors and flowers that I might want. I asked for a very full, short design full of light happy colors. Pricing was competitive. Within the hour I was back to pick up exactly what I asked for. It was more beautiful than I had imagined! And the recipient was delighted. Great little florist. :) Highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed in the service that was provided by the flower shop . Not only did they hike the prices that were clearly advertised on the website they got the order completely wrong ! I asked for white and red roses and they delivered a bunch of bruised up roses. I paid $175 for 24 roses I expected great quality and sadly I will never shop here again . Spend your hard earned money elsewhere completely unacceptable

Was in need of ordering what I thought would be a beautiful spray of flowers for a funeral of a dear friend. When ordering this arrangement I made sure to ask if like the picture these flowers are available. I was assured they would be. When I went to funeral to see this arrangement it made me very embarrassed it was not at all what I ordered, it had palm branches in the back of these small flowers, I could have easily picked this type of arrangement on a corner stand. Photos? I would not have been caught taking a picture of this arrangement for fear people would know I ordered them! I was so unhappy with this service.

I placed an order with Juli's for a flower delivery for my friend's birthday. The night before our scheduled delivery date, I found out that we would need the bouquet to be delivered within a certain time frame. I emailed Juli's Flower Shop and they got back to me within minutes saying they could accommodate my request, no problem. The flowers were beautiful and the order process was seamless. Thank you!
