I live out of state and I ordered some flowers online for a funeral in Tulare. I had to fly to California for the services and while flying, I received a email from FTD letting me know they would not be fulfilling my order for the services that day. They gave me two hours notice prior to the service start time that they would not be delivering the flowers.In a panic, we googled florist Tulare and found Julie's Little Flower Shop.She was so kind and compassionate, and made a beautiful spray and had it there in time for the services. I can't thank them or recommend them enough! They will always have my business from now on.

Out-of-town family sent me belated flowers for Mother's Day from Julie's after another local florist failed to fulfill their order and wasn't helpful in obtaining a refund. I couldn't be happier - it's unique and probably the most beautiful bouquet I've ever received. I will definitely remember this for any future flower needs.

Called from Lodi, Ca to this Tulare florist. The design was perfect for a sympathy plant as they put a purple butterfly which was the favorite color of my friend's mom and she also loved butterflies. Service was great and delivery was SO quick! Plant is lush and beautiful! Thank you!

Not sure what happened, but a floral arrangement that was ordered for a graveside funeral service for today got misplaced or lost. I've heard great things about Julie's, but this was a very unfortunate snafu.

I am from Southern CA and wanted to send sympathy flowers to a family friend in the area; I looked at many different shops online in the area and this was the one with the best pictures and reviews. They did not disappoint; the service was excellent and efficient. I let them know exactly what I wanted and my price range and the arrangement was beautiful. The pricing was spot on with similar arrangements online. They were able to deliver the arrangement on the same day! If you are from the area, I would highly recommend.

I called Julie and asked her to design a white funeral spray for my cousins funeral service. This beautiful display is what I discovered when I arrived at the service. Julie truly went above and beyond and delivered high quality on short notice.
