JR Jumper Party Rental

First time ever dealing with this company and it will be the last.Several items where rented from this business. One of them being a jumper. When the jumper was dropped off the vendor was advised it might be moved as we where not sure on the set up for the event yet. When the jumper was moved it was moved carefully to not cause any damage. And there was no damage done. Once the vendor showed up (and I believe her name is Carmen) she stated there would be a 40$ fee for moving the jumper. We advised her this was never mentioned when we advised the jumper would be moved nor was it previously stated prior to or at the time the rental agreement took place. She stated that it was an issue because on cement they placed one tarp down and on a dirt surface it would be two or more tarps. Once review of this page and other pages like google or Facebook no pictures not even the ones from the vendor reflected this. We asked for thepolicy or wording that expressed that there would be a fee. And she could not provide this. She said pay and I will provide it after. She then said she would not fight over 40$ and said she would never rent to that address and we said fine. Once she left she decided to text the number she had for us and state that we where irresponsible that we didn't even have money to pay for the services requested. ( not true we where denying to pay the amount that she stated was a policy when she had nothing to reflect this). She then insulted us and our guests stating we where pigs and stupid and also looked like we didn't have money to eat let alone 40$ for her made up policy. Very rude lady that feels entitled to charge unnecessary fees. Based on her other reviews it seems like she likes to text and send rude messages to her clients after the fact. It was also very weird she showed up with a group of kids to pick up her rented items in a pick up truck where there was obviously no safe seating for everyone she brought with her.

This is a family run business, they all come to help set up and breakdown . We rented a 20 X 60 tent and a total of 64 chairs , 11 tables and the coverings . Price was fair and we would highly recommend and using again.

100% service. Delivered on time and was easy to deal with. Would recommend to friends and family. thank you for making our event great!

Fast and easy service. Seamless rental. I have used rentals in the past from different companies that were a nightmare of a process but jr jumper party rentals knows the business! 5 star recommended!!!

Always great service great prices always on time and just great people never had to go anywhere else they always had a jumper available or tables and chairs I would recommend them to anyone....

Would not recommend this company. We ordered a tent, tables and chairs for our daughter's birthday party and after delivering our items and taking payment for everything they decided that due to weather they needed to cancel our order for the tent. We understood this concern and asked them to please leave the tables and chairs since it was two hours before our party and we had 40 guests coming for our daughter's birthday. They agreed And then later said no that they did not want to waste the gas and would be cancelling our order and providing a full refund! last minute before our party they cancelled our order. And I continued to ask for the refund before they left. They stated they did not have service and would have to send the money back once they had service . Once they left they sent a message that they would be keeping $50 of my payment. I did not receive my refund and from there they did not respond.Not only we're we out $50, but we had to scramble to find chairs and tables two hours before our guests arrived.This company is unprofessional, rude and do not recommend.

Please save yourself and NEVER order from here. Carmen (the owner I guess) agreed that she would leave everything I ordered (chairs, tables, tent and table cloths) for $350. She also mentioned that her tents come with lights at no extra charge. It wasn't until the week of the party I called her to confirm and she said that she "forgot" to tell us that she charges 60 for delivery and each light we wanted was extra. She said "sorry I forgot to mention it".Por favor nunca ordenen con esta señora porque ella no sabe que está haciendo. Dijo un precio la primera vez que hablé con ella y después me cambio todo del trato. Que todo que yo quería era extra dinero. Ella no sabe como hablar con gente. Nunca ordenen de aquí!!! Aquí estoy sin mesas y sillas 4 días antes de la fiesta por culpa de esta mujer que no sabe como hacer las cosas profesionales. Que lastimaPor favor busca a otra persona

I highly recommend JR Jumper Party Rentals. They are the best in the Bizz and know how to do it right ! I've gone to them for multiple occasions and have always delivered what they promise. They are professional and care about their clients always bringing clean and safe party equipment. They got it all! You definitely gotta check them out !
