Jost Carpet One

I needed window treatments and wanted what I saw in a magazine for my dining room. I initially got an estimate from one of the other firms here in town that I've worked with before who had done the other other windows in my house. But I was somewhat dissatisfied with this other firm and their estimate, as they falsely advertised on their website they carried the brand I wanted and instead offered me a cheaper brand/product. I specifically wanted Hunter Douglas window shadings, so I went on their website, and HD pointed me to Jost Carpet One Floor & Home. I'm extremely happy I did this because it allowed me to work with the wonderful people - in particular Wilma - at Jost. Not only did they have an impressive showroom with demos of all the HD products I was interested in, they had swatches for all the colors and possible configurations. Wilma guided me through the process and with just a few questions (What room? Size of the room? Wall color?) she was able to lend her decades of expertise and helped me pick what would suit my windows best. She was professional and involved me in the process despite my limited knowledge. The estimate she gave me was hundreds of dollars less than the other firm and for a higher-end product. I was completely floored by the great service I received from Jost. When it came time to install, one of the installers unfortunately came down sick. Wilma was able to arrange for another installation company to come install on a holiday instead. I'm thoroughly impressed with Wilma, Jost staff, their contracted companies, and every associated with Jost. It's no wonder they've been in business for over 70 years. They are the definition of a high quality, professional, and locally-owned business. I couldn't be more pleased with doing business with such a reputable company. And my windows look great!

We bought flooring a few years ago and had a great experience. Ryan is very thorough and put his time and attention into making sure that we had our flooring delivered in a timely manner and he even checked back in with us after it was received! If you need flooring, this is the place to go!

We shopped around at several flooring stores in town before heading to Jost. They had the best customer service by far, had more knowledge and did a better job of answering our questions than any of their competitors and did an excellent job on installation day. Our sales person, Erik, was patient and kept us I formed on when the carpet would be arriving and what to expect during the entire process. I would highly recommend them for all your flooring needs.
